Chris did a great job of quickly replacing the belt on our garage door opener. Also, he check the other functions of each part on the door. He recommended that we contact Design One and ask them to check the size of the new springs they placed on our door. The door is two difficult for a woman to lift. It maybe the cause of the belt's failure. He was friend and courteous. Bob

I called at 130p on a Saturday and a technician was at my house by 430p! Within 45 minutes he had diagnosed the problem (circuit board was hit by lightning) and installed a new one. The technician was polite and professional. I was super impressed!

Christian, our Precision tech, was great! He called ahead, was friendly, listened to what problems we were having, did a thorough inspection of our equipment and then clearly explained the underlying causes to our door opening problems, that ultimately resulted in spring, bearing and wheel failure. He quickly provided us a list of recommended repairs and various cost and hardware options to choose from, all without any sales pressure other than simply providing the associated warranties for each selection. We really liked the fact that he had all necessary repair parts with him on his truck and then knocked out the work in relatively short time - considerably less than 2 hours! Needless to say, we were happy with his work. One thing to note - we chose the best parts and longer warranty options, so it wasn't totally unexpected that the overall cost was slightly higher than quotes for standard repair parts...but it can catch you off guard.
