Wesley was prompt and called about 20 minutes before arriving. He assessed the situation quickly and gave me several options to fix the issue. For me, the best option was to replace the existing door opener since it was over 25 years old and on its last leg. Wesley removed the old door opener and put in a belt drive opener. The new opener is very quiet and fast. He also installed a keypad opener and walked me through all the functions of the new system.

Wesley installed a new opener and replaced my rollers, bearings, springs and seal and he did a great job. Precision had a great response time and came the day after i called and did all the work the same day. New opener is smooth and quiet and i can control from my phone and Google home.

Awesome service! Our door technician John Tsangarinos was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient and showed up on time. He made my wife and I feel like helping us to have a safe and well-operating garage door was his priority. The service tech Chad Donovan was called to replace a garage door opener. He did as asked. I asked him to check other working parts. He said we could use new springs , they were about 6 years old and new ones would increase the life of the door opener! He explained what should be done in the future! He was very curtious and professional! I would recomend your company and would definitely use your company again!

There was a problem with the appt. time.or I would have given a 5 star rating. Your door technician, Joe Payette, deserves a 5 star. He quickly found the problem. He also showed and explained where potential problems could occur,, how to check and correct them, reprogram, and maintenance. He was extremely helpful and courteous.
