I appreciate the weekend repair service provided by the company (at no additional cost) ; as, I would have to wait until Monday to obtain repair service, unless I was willing to pay an outrageous fee for weekend service. When our garage door suddenly came to a grinding halt (literally), we called Precision. They quickly scheduled a service call at a time convenient for us and Andrew took care of us with very knowledgeable and efficient service. He assessed the problem and patiently explained all of our options from repair (very temporary fix based on life and condition of current opener and springs) to replacement. We opted to replace the unit and springs and Andrew went through all of our options to get a complete price before any work was done. He completed the entire project much quicker than I expected, thoroughly explained our new product and all its features to us, all the while exhibiting a smileand being extremely polite and friendly. Andrew is a wonderful representative of the company and I highly recommend his work to anyone.

We were very pleased with the service we received. We called early morning and asked for someone to come and they were here that afternoon about 4:00 pm and fixed our problem. The technician explained everything, we agreed to what needed to be done, he fixed the problem and left about 6:00 pm. Wish I had called you six months ago instead of the people I did call because they did nothing except charge us for coming out.
