Andrew LeChance was our technician today. Very friendly, capable, and quickly disagnosed the problem. We have used Precision twice before and always satisfied with the work. Today required replacement of two sensors so in and our very quickly. Cost of $209 seemed rather steep, however, noon on Saturday and not many other options. Will continue to use this company. Andrew did honor a $25.00 discount as a repeat customer.

John Tsangarinos, the senior tech, and his aide are both professional and know what they are doing. They repaired my door and made a few other suggestions for maintenance while they were here. They called to let me know they were on their way and I like that the email I was sent by the office had a photo of who was coming.

Mike was terrific! although we ended up spending more than we originally thought, it was for the better of our equipment. Precision Door Service installed new springs on our garage door. When we had a problem with the door being unbalanced, having to do with something on one side of the set of springs, they came out the same day I called to fix it. They didn't charge me and even took the time to reprogram a garage door opener that I hadn't been able to do and moved the weather stripping back from the door where it was rubbing. Full service, with a smile!
