Was very pleased with the response time to get my garage door spring repaired. The technician was very professional and finished the job in a timely manner. I also thought the price for the repair was very reasonable.

Absolutely prompt. I called for service - broken garage door - and the technician called back within a few minutes AND was out in 15 minutes after! Technician worked tirelessly for 3 hours till the job was done. Details and costs were explained up front. Everything was done professionally and cleaned up everything before he left. Excellent service.

I had a window of 10-2 but because of an emergency I had to get out of my garage earlier. They graciously accommodated me and the technician (Christian) was here about 8:30. Took him no time at all to replace all parts. I had everything replaced because parts were getting old and I wanted peace of mind. Door now opens very quietly and I have the peace of mind of a 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend them. Christian offered me several options on repairs, explaining each clearly. I didn't feel pressured and I chose to replace everything to avoid future interruptions of service. Totally happy.

I just experienced THE BEST service call with Precision’s Matt Hink. He called ahead to confirm & give me his ETA. During the call he asked a few questions about my door problem so that he could start his investigation efficiently. He had my problem diagnosed within 10 minutes of arrival. He had everything he needed to fix my door in his van. Then he gave me some pointers on maintenance to preserve my garage door life. All while observing COVID precautions. I will certainly call Precision fir any future garage door problems, and I’ll request Mr. Hink.

Neeeded a new garage door, had no experience with anyone in Tampa. Their commercials sounded good. It was a pleasant experience, the person that estimated what we needed and the installers were top notch.

Reason Precision was picked was because it is part of Angie's list, too. Two employees were nice and polite. An old garage door opener just quitted like that. Two employees were nice and polite and explained it needed a new motor with its parts due to new technology. They made sure I would be satisfied completely with the new products and their costs. And I am, so I would give this business a thumb-up. Thank you!

Jim Rapp, please forgive me for this very, very tardy message and review of your wonderful service. Your company installed a brand new garage door for us on December 15, 2020 at no charge, as your guys were having to keep making maintenance calls due to problems with our existing door, and our door opener which ya'll installed a couple year ago. Adam Miechle, on 12/08, saw the problem quickly and called into the office, at which time he was told to offer us a new door at no charge. I was so impressed with Adam diagnosing the problems so quickly and even more astounded at the Company's generous offer. Thank you for all your fellows did to keep us a very satisfied customer. Berneice and Vic Thomas.
