Our door with opener would not go down on our VERY old (maybe 25 years?) garage door. A service person arrived shortly after I called (seriously, about 15 minutes). He was professional in every respect, and as he started working on the door and opener, it turned out to be quite a job. He explained every detail of what was necessary and why, just so we understood the expense, and was here for nearly four hours. He installed a new opener and revamped the garage door itself. We’re quite happy with the work that was done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision.
