I called on Saturday, April 4th around 10:30 A.M. and Keith the technician, had the door fixed by 1:00 PM. Fast and friendly service, awesome company to work with. The safety sensors were bad, and Keith fixed them and we are now able to open and close the garage door.

Outstanding customer service with exceptional on-time repair. All repairs were completed in a matter of a few hours from the time I placed the call. Keith Allen (Technician) was extremely professional, courteous, and very efficient. Keith provided 3 estimates/price ranges based on the products he had to offer. Having worked in the Trades Industry in prior years, I knew which parts (springs) that needed to be replaced, and which parts (rollers, cables) I wanted to replace/upgrade. Keith was extremely knowledgeable about each product Precision offered which made it easy to tailor the estimate to fit my budget and need. The turn-a-round time from the time I called in the service request to a fully repaired functional door was remarkable.

excellent service... the appointment online process was super simple to use. less than 24 hrs. I received a very courteous call by the company rep securing the appointment that best suited me and a follow-up call to inform me of an earlier available appointment, which I took. The Tech (Keith) arrived on time, was very professional in reviewing my options of repairs, was very knowledgeable of the system I owned and the rep performed the replacement of springs quickly and left the workplace clean. This is my second time using Precision and I could not be more pleased. I recently had an issue with my control board going out. Keith Allen was the tech who came out.
