Well we heard a loud noise in garage and when we looked nothing seemed wrong. The next morning I went to open garage door. But it did not open. I went and checked all the usual things and disconnected from opener. To my surprise I could not lift door at all. Then finally I saw it...the spring snapped. I called Precision immediately and they set appointment for next morning. Josh showed up the next morning and was awesome. He told us all our options and quickly fixed the problem. I will use Precision for all my needs in the future and will tell my neighbors.

I called this morning because a rat chewed up part of my rubber at the bottom of my garage door. Brian came out around 1 which is the fastest service I've ever had for any repair of any kind! He was meticulous in his work and had the nicest personality! He was very good at his work. My previous Precision man is now a manager so I couldn't get him! I was worried but Brian was really great! I'm told the rubber seal put on now is an even better quality than before which I had since 2014. The products you sell really hold up! Thank you so much! ST in Tampa!

We had our original Genie garage opener that lasted over 20 hrs so we stayed with that and luckily called Prescion. We had someone come the same day and our new garage opener was finished the in a couple hours. The price was reasonable. Totally dissatisfied with technician who came. I asked for a written estimate and it was hand written on a notebook piece of paper and left with my nephew. Most shocking was the estimate of it being over $2,700.00 another company was called and it was fixed immediately for $129.00

The technician introduced himself to us on arrival pleasant personality asked us what can he do for us when he was told the problem he came inside evaluated the situation told and show us what the problems were gave us all the different options and cost for us to decide which one suits our budget, when we decided he got all his equipment and started the job ,we then decided we wanted to upgrade to a longer year warranty he changed without any problem that is what we call courtesy and flexibility. Great job we are very pleased and grateful for a job well done.
