Sunday is not the best day to have any kind of issue with your garage and particularly when it is stuck halfway open and will neither open or close...……since you've backed your car into it..... Mike was certainly professional,courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and assured me he'd be able to fix/repair it and did so! Precision and Mike totally met my expectations and actually exceeded them! What a difference between Precision & the previous company I had used! I see why the reviews are so good. Prompt same day service. Arnold was so good at explaining everything & all my options. No hard sell, just good advice. He replaced the garage door opener, sensors, keypad, wall pad, etc. He said the springs & door were still ok. He showed us how to use everything & said to call if any additional questions. I would definitely use Precision again.
