Robert was delightful, efficient, explanatory and helpful. Our original garage door equipment simply wore out after 32 yrs, and to our shock we suddenly found we could not open the garage door! this was a panicky experience given it was late friday afternoon with only 2 working days before Christmas. We are so grateful Precision had a technician available on such short notice - Robert was at our house within 2 hrs and the door was back working within 5 hrs. Robert explained every option to us and did not pressure us toward any. We are very grateful to him and to Precision for helping us in what could have been a big problem for the holiday.

Service was prompt & repair was made within 2 hours. However I feel like I was taken advantage of. We contacted Banko with the invoice inhand from Precision & were told for the same repairs with Banko the cost would have been less than $400. Not the $1130.00 I paid Precision.

Jason Darling was here promptly. He reviewed the proposal from his last visit and proceeded to get to work. Jason brought to my attention the skirt on the door which has damaged areas. He also mentioned the motor has had quite a strain on it due to the needed repairs. We decided to watch how the door performs since it is only four years old. Jason said he will send me a proposal on the future repairs,

Shane completed a through inspection on my garage door. He found and repaired the problem, repaired it and was gone inside 30 minutes. The best part is I called the day before about 4:30 and he was out early the next morning. No 2 or 3 days waiting.

I called Precision, because it was listed in the Five Star Rated guide for Hillsborough County. My garage door would not close by either remote (but it would open). Mike arrived promptly and noticed (coincidentally) that one of my 20-year-old springs had broken, so that had to be replaced. He quoted me a price to fix my also 20-year-old garage door opener, but it seemed to make more logical sense to replace that unit, too. So, I ended up having a much larger bill than I'd thought when I called Precision, but 20 years is also a long time to have a system. Mike was very friendly and efficient, replacing the garage door opener, both springs, and the 10 roller wheels in the rails in only about 2 hours. He also programmed my car remote for me and gave me a quick education on the new system. I felt very confident in his ability. My new system is so quiet that I have to double-check that it's actually opening after I press the garage door opener!

Called them out on a Saturday they arrived in 2 hours. I guess the cable gear on the side of the door ceased up. I had bought some type of Warranty when they replaced my motor a couple years ago and it was covered. Fast service and fixed within 1 hour of arriving.

We had a spring break. I called at 6:30am Saturday morning 11/30 and Precision had a tech at our home by 9:00am We ended up getting a full garage moving parts replacement, what we had was very old and worn. Our Tech, Wesley was very knowledgeable and friendly. Only took about 1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

Quick to respond to my problem (broken spring) and showed up on time. Replaced both springs (always recommended) and lubed everything. Next day the door only went up partway and stopped, wouldn't move, either mechanically or manually. Called Precision and they came out quickly and replaced one of the springs which was apparently bad. No more issues. Because of the problem, they replaced the rollers free of charge.
