I had Precision make a service call because my remote was not working. Brian worked his magic and it is now as he said, temporarily working. The garage opener and springs and rollers were given a cleaning and I am now praying that the remote and opener will continue to work for another 30 years, or at least, in my lifetime!!!{i am 80}

My encounter with Chris was excellent. He looked at our garage opener, explained that it was more than 30 years old, and suggested a way to work around it with more modern technology. He had the necessary parts in his truck and was able to do all the work in under 15 minutes. The price was reasonable and I always felt that I was working with an honest, decent, friendly person.
