My garage door was sounding funny, I looked up at the springs and they were broken. I called this morning and I was told they would have someone here between 4pm and 8pm. I was called 5pm and the very nice young man was very knowledgeable and had replaced all the parts and springs and had it working again. The door was 28 years old and had never had a problem, and now it's like new! Thank you

I've used Precision before and found them to be competent reasonable and efficient. I had a problem installing my opener on my wife's new car and called Precision because I've a good experience in the past. Unfortunately my suspicions were right and the old opener (10 years) was incompatible with the new technology and had to be replaced. The technician had the equipment, was able to replace it in less than an hour at a reasonable price.

Sunday is not the best day to have any kind of issue with your garage and particularly when it is stuck halfway open and will neither open or close...……since you've backed your car into it.....
