We had a problem with our garage door. Called Precision and they said they could be here that afternoon. Nick came out. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem. The parts he needed were on the truck, unlike other service companies that have to order part. He took the time to reprogram our car remotes. Great service!

This afternoon I discovered the drive belt on my opener had broken. I called and within hours Keith arrived. He diagnosed the issues with our door and presented several options. We chose the total rehab of the rollers, new spring and opener drive belt. He quickly got to work and now our door works better and quieter than it has in years. Keith was very professional and did an outstanding job. Thanks … we are very happy with the results.

I had two springs and cables replaced on my single garage door. The estimate at the time of service was $649. I told the tech that I was going to seek some other bids, as I felt that was too high. He asked me what I thought it should be. I agreed to $500, based on web research and because it would save me time. The Tech (Charles) had to call his manager to confirm (which he did) Charles did a great job in the installation and explaining what was wrong. Took a little over an hour for the total visit. In retrospect, the final cost of the service was very high. The Amazon cost for high grade springs and cable is less that $150. Remember I was originally given an estimate of $649. Charles indicated that my door also needs new rollers too, but I won’t use Precision for that work. I’m sure I’ll be able to find a qualified garage door company that can do it for less than whatever Precision quotes. Final assessment - Responsive, courteous, good installation, solved the problem, but too expensive. Other companies are probably more price competitive. I would not use Precision again.
