I did all the diagnostics I could before calling Precision. I got a same day appointment at the end of the day. "Bob" was my tech, and he was great. Personable, understanding, and listened to my concerns and comments. He diagnosed then advised of the problem. He then did his research and quickly advised 3 options for me based on repair, cost, and type of product. My wife and I discussed the options with him and we decided for the most expensive, but comprehensive, option. He got it done during the hour he said he would. The transaction was easy and we 'elbow bumped' and laughed about it. We love our door opener which is so quiet that we have to actually listen to make sure it's opening and closing! Chad gave us a couple of options on should we repair or replace the opener. we ask what he would recommend. our opener is 15 years old. it made more sense to replaced the the opener completely. two remote. one key pad. one central opener. runs very quiet. very happy. plus Chad is a nice guy. thanks

We have used Precision before since moving back to Tampa for various garage door issues. They sold us a belt opening 7 years ago that made our door so quiet when opening and closing. We were extremely happy. But, 4 days ago the door began to make loud, creaking noises when opening and closing. Called them, service guy, Keng, actually called because who could actually come earlier than scheduled, which was great. Keng was friendly, caring, and did everything to solve the problem. My springs were definitely going bad, but the main problem was the recent paint job on my house causing the issue on the garage door. I was very happy with the service and highly recommend them for all garage door issues.

I called to get an estimate on garage door opener. A technician was scheduled to come out same afternoon. Got a call that tech was ready immediately and was here within a half hour. Jose was very knowledgeable and informative. I had already gotten an estimate from another company and Precision was the best choice with 5 yr warranty on electronics, lifetime warranty on motor and belt and no charge for 24/7 service visit! Jose also gave me other very useful tips. He mentioned that they always carried equipment with them so I had him install opener. He was done in about an hour! Wonderful experience! I was referred to them by a friend and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants great quality and service!

I wanted to get a preventative maintenance on my garage door since I hadn’t had one since I had purchased the property over 4 yrs ago. I actually just went with the company since they had a sticker on my garage door. Apparently, the previous owner had used them in the past. Noah was my technician. He was prompt, courteous and patient, especially when answering all of my questions. It turned out the spring was starting to wear out. He gave me some options. I didn’t feel pressured at all when it came time to decide on moving forward. Overall, great professional service! Will definitely use their services again in the future.
