Very professional and kind. I’m autistic 30 year old and love to ask tons of questions, I feel like for as long as my family has been with precision door service about 7+ years. Every technician that they have sent, have always been kind, curious and knowledgeable. I love to learn new things, and people like Sean W. I’m always learning. I’m a jack of all trades BUT master of none. No matter what trade comes to our house, I’ve always had people that have been nothing but knowledgeable when I ask questions. If they don’t know the answers, they have always gotten the answers for my questions. I will be a member of companies UNTIL they stop being nice. Thank you, George Humphrey 2 Timothy? ?1:7 For God did not give us the spirit of fear, but the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind.

We needed to install an opener for our smaller garage door. Jimmy, the technician can, inspected all existing equipment, give us a reasonable price. We agreed. He changed all parts requiring replacing and completed the install and was gone in less than 1.5 hours. We are very pleased with the quality, speed, and courtesy of Mr. Jimmy.

The tech was able to respond within 3 hours . No other company could respond for another day or two. The other companies were twice as much for a service call . My wiring was reattached from a previous company that did a poor job and replaced a non working remote. The work was finished within 30 minutes. This is the only company I will ever use . Thank you for responding so quickly and resolving my problem !

Well, where can I start!!! I have nothing but admiration for your employee, Austin Orata. He is a definite asset to your well known local company. Did an excellent job and very courteous and professional. I liked how dedicated he is to his company, Precision. I see your trucks all over TPA that’s why I chose your company. Give this young man a raise and a handshake for the terrific job he did. Can I say anymore good things about him?? The biggest was his dedication to Precision and the new owner. Chris Johnson was amazing! I clipped my garage door backing out this morning and our garage door was not stable. I called Precision garage at 4:30pm and they came out by 5:40pm. Chris assessed the garage and performed a quick fix. He also gave me a reasonable quote for a new garage door in the future. Didn’t realize our garage door is 23 years old! Chris placed 3 shiny bolts to reinforce the door and when we are ready for a new door I will be calling Precision! Professional, reliable, honest, dependable, with excellent customer service. Thank you Chris! Thank you Precision!

I called you because my Mother you keeps seeing while watching Good Day Tampa Bay ????. And, I am so glad I did. The team member showed up early. Poor man was forced to wait for me to get home and yet he was still very gracious, knowledgeable and professional. Plus, he finished the job in one visit! The garage door works perfectly and so does the payment options we were given for an unexpected repair with a very short time window for completion. I really can’t say enough to express my appreciation for alleviating my frustration. I would recommend your business to anybody!

We had a problem with our garage door. Called Precision and they said they could be here that afternoon. Nick came out. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem. The parts he needed were on the truck, unlike other service companies that have to order part. He took the time to reprogram our car remotes. Great service!

This afternoon I discovered the drive belt on my opener had broken. I called and within hours Keith arrived. He diagnosed the issues with our door and presented several options. We chose the total rehab of the rollers, new spring and opener drive belt. He quickly got to work and now our door works better and quieter than it has in years. Keith was very professional and did an outstanding job. Thanks … we are very happy with the results.
