Ok so i just needed 2 garage door openers installed.. problem fixed but I was told that the garage door opener ranged from $40-$70. I have 1 garage door and was installed a remote for 3 doors(unnecessary) which was the more expensive one at the end. The reson, I still don't understand but it was as if charging the more expensive of the range was best. Plus an installation fee of $39.99 and coming out fee $50. It wasn't untill my husband told the tech "hey aren't u supposed to wave the coming out fee if we repair something" he then "realized that yes my husband was correct and said ok fee waved. The tech was not an issue its the principles of the company.. i thought I would get a Christian company.

Our garage door spring broke late Saturday evening. We called precision as we see your commercials but also have friends who highly recommend. Our appt was scheduled Sunday. The technician assigned Adam M called as he was running early which was a blessing to us. He arrived and promptly assessed the situation. He was extremely polite and professional. Adam reviewed and explained all that was immediately required and any potential trouble areas. He replaced spring, bearings and rollers plus installed keyless remote at our request. We are so appreciative of his time and the quality of work. Precision is amazing to work with!

Yesterday at about 3pm the springs on our garage door broke. I called Precision and they told me they could have their tech Christian here between 4-8pm. Christian called about 15 minutes later and said he would be here in about 20 minutes. When he got here he explained what needed to be done. Within an hour he had completed the repairs. Thank you Christian and Precision. I highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

As usual, we had our garage door break after hours. I contacted precision and got not only a live person to speak to but also had an appointment set for the very next day. They gave me a window of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and by 10:15 Justin was calling me to let me know that he was on his way. He got to the house, had a mask on and was amazing through the entire process. He not only fixed the original problem but showed me a couple other problems and got on face time with my husband at the fire station to make sure that he understood everything as well. 5 stars is just not enough! I thought I needed new trim around my garage door but Chad was able to fix my problem without getting a new one. He also made a recommendation that the rollers be changed. The were 18 years old. He replaced them with ones that need no lubrication. Plus, found a screw that was loose and fixed it for me. Gave me heads up about the motor and a recommendation if a problem arises. Boy what a Superman. He knows his stuff. This is the best of the best garage doors fixer. A pleasure to do business with, and economical.

Robert was over today to take care of a broken garage door opener problem. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done to make the garage door operational. James Mantsch came to my house promptly and did a great job. My setup is 16+ years old and was becoming less then cooperative. There were a number of things wring and a number of options available to me and James spelled them all out. There were NO high pressure sales tactics. I decided to replace the opener with newer technology and it works great. James was very courteous and professional and he even swept out my garage when he was done without me even asking him to do so. I would highly recommend him.

I could not have asked for a better experience. For a while, I noticed something was wrong with my garage door. It didn't always close and was very noisy. I finally made the call yesterday to Precision and they came over today. Joshua Page was my technician and he was AWESOME. He shared with me the different options for repair and then promptly fixed the door. Given the conditions of COVID 19, I felt very safe with the precautions he took as he did the repair.
