They were out the same day and not only repaired the spring, rollers, and bearings, but came out again the next day as the sensors were not functioning. they went above and beyond expectations to complete the necessary repairs, and garage is not back in business. Isak was very nice and friendly. We needed the button repaired that is inside the garage, that opens/closes the garage door. He did it quickly and professionally. He told me that, if we sold our house and an inspection was needed, we would have to replace the motor so we had sensors at the bottom of the door. I thanked him so much for the warning. It would have been a big surprise to us should our house sell. He was very knowledgeable. He knew the rollers on the door had been changed within the last few years - I did not remember that but when I told my husband, he remembered. I would ask for Isak next time!!

Isak, the Precision tech, showed up on time and even called prior with a 15 mins warning. Door was inspected, quote with military discount and options created. Excellent customer service - which is a rarity these days. Amanda was able to make appointment for the following morning and technician Noah texted 25 minutes before his arrival. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quickly installed a replacement keypad under warranty. So glad I chose Precision to install my new garage door last year.

The spring broke on my garage door and the door came down crooked. I couldn’t open the door at all. I called Precision and they came out quickly and fixed the problem. The technician Chris showed up on time and was courteous. I have used Precision in the past to install a new garage door opener and will use them again if needed.

I would like to commend Charles Sherwood your loyal and trustworthy service technician. For unknown reasons ( one in a million) he attempted to get three outside garage door openers to work to no avail. The GM indicated he had on seen this happen once in 20 years. Bottom line I got a new garage door opener only. So now have one for each car and they work. Sin$1,000ce the internal garage door motor is still functioning with the remotes we decided not to replace the external opener as they were very honest and informed me it would cost around $300 to possibly replace circuit board on the opener or the motor around $1,000. I decided to wait until the motor fails and I will call them back to replace. This is a very ethical, honest, quick and trustworthy company and it definitely came thru in the person of Charles Sherwood. Don't let him get away.

Cody did a thorough evaluation on my squeaky garage door and determined that all that was needed was some silicone type spray. He then showed me where to spray it and left the rest of the spray so I can repeat this process in 6 months or when the door squeaks again.

This is my second time using Precision. The first was two years ago to replace an old garage door opener. This time was for a broken sporing. Everything was made very easy at an affordable price.
