Both guys, Robbie and Owen were great. Upon arrival they assessed the problem, gave us the news, gave us the choices for repair. Upon our decision, they got right to work and kept us informed on progress. Upon completion gave a session on how everything worked and the whole time from phone call to completion of the job was just about 7 hours. Great service, thanks to company and both workers.

Great service, reasonable pricing that's decided on with various options before any work is started. I called them at 3 PM and had someone out there by 4:30 and the work took only about an hour. It was just about 30 minutes of going through various options. The technician was great

Very unhappy with the overall experience. The staff are very friendly and always willing to schedule a follow up service, but it’s extremely inconvenient, especially when the issue has yet to be resolved. I do feel that I was overcharged and somewhat mislead on products purchased. I am assuming techs make commission, as they lead with “you need a new one of these” every visit.

Adam Miechle was the technician assigned to our job. We weren’t sure what our options were to fix the broken garage door opener. Adam walked us through each step and all options to correct the issues. He even went through costs for each. We decided to replace the entire garage door system leaving the existing door. Adam was quick, polite, and everything was clean and ready when completed. He walked through all the paperwork and process for each remote and how all the parts operated. I would definitely recommend this reputable company for gardening door replacement or maintenance.
