I have used Precision in the past and have been pleased with the service. Today, however, was another story. The gentleman who arrived was courteous and knowledgeable. It took him all of 5 minutes to wipe off and align the sensors. Shame on me for calling them for this - I had no idea it was such a simple fix. My problem is he charged me $180!! I feel like I was taken advantage of and way overcharged! I will never use this company again.

I called late Friday afternoon after several attempts to get my automatic garage door opener to close. I was told that Precision could have someone out on Saturday, and Jordan arrived promptly at the start of the quoted time frame. He was absolutely delightful, knowledgeable and was able to replace my garage door opener on the spot as he estimated it was 10 years old ( and he was spot on) as well as underpowered for the weight of the door.
