Precision did an awesome job! The garage door wouldn’t go down unless I pressed the wall button until the door was fully down, making me think it was the security beam needing manual override. It turned out that the circuitboard had failed (10 years old). Precision replaced the head unit (which includes the 10-year-old motor), security beam sensors, new wall button, and new remote for $650 including labor and taxes. Comes with a 3-year warranty. I called last night and Precision was out first thing in the morning (Saturday!). We are extremely happy with the technician, the solution, the price, and the timeliness.

No show No call ! Don’t waste your time. I scheduled appointment from 12-4pm no one called. Called company and there was nothing they can do you just talk to a customer service that takes notes. If they are not able to show up at the time given at least I expect a curtesy phone call to let me know that they will not show

Woke up to find garage door belt was broken and went online to request an appt. Colton was at my house within an hour. Ended up replacing the garage opener (motor, sensors, keypad, etc) and belt. System is working great! He had everything installed, cleaned up, and all new openers and cars programmed before it was even lunch time! Colton even let my extra curious and excited child help with the programming button-pushing process. Great service and great people. We have always used Precision in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
