This place was quick to respond and came same day and the tech Aaron Whiteman was very professional and listened to the problem talk me through it but then my garage finally started working and instead of getting upset he was kind and gave me a business card and was welcoming me to call them anytime which felt great cause sometimes you get rude people but not from here they are great

Got my garage door working so happy about that. Said I needed a new motor because the limit switch was broken and likely the circuit board. I refused because I wanted to confirm myself. I testing it, programmed it, and works perfectly fine. Stops exactly where I programmed it. Don't know if this was them trying to sell a motor or a mistake, just be careful working with them.

Called a few other garage door companies because a hinge ripped out of my door. The other companies said we needed to replace the entire door as it couldn't be fixed. Gave precision a call, they came right out. The tech that came out Louis was amazing. Fixed my door and answered every question I had.

We were able to get a same day appointment. Matt was great! We knew we needed a new garage door. He gave us a very fair estimate and said it might take a few weeks to get the door in due to it being a special order. He called us to advise they actually had the door in stock. We were able to get the old door completely replaced along with the motor in the same week. The tech who installed the door was super fast and explained everything about the new door and opener to me, including how to maintain it. I would definitely use Precision again!
