I called this afternoon for a service call and was told a serviceman would be out around 4 or 8 pm, Corbin Stilwell was here at 4:00 and after checking the door rollers, door tracks, door binding, he determined it was the door belt carriage that was binding on the carriage track. So greatly pleased to repair this door.
