Techs Austin and Nick get 5 stars. They were on time, professional, gave me updates, left garage tidy when job was completed, explained new system. Pricing gets 4 stars. Nothing really in prIce range I expected. My stomach was in knots while I processed the cost. I did not get exactly what I wanted because of price, but I am satisfied with what I ended up getting because of the service.

I am a newer resident of Florida, so when I need something done I kind of rely on google and chrome to find a service provider. Precision Door was one of the options that came up. The call to set up the appointment was handled perfectly and efficiently, and to my surprise was set for the same day. A window of time was set, and again to my surprise, the technician was on his way to my house in the early part of the timeframe. After quickly diagnosing the problem, and as I suspected, I needed a new door opener. After going over a couple of options, and settling on a price that I thought was fair, I agreed to the work. This guy went above and beyond expectations and did a marvelous job on the install. He also tidied up a couple of other small issues to make the job cleaner and more complete. This is the kind of service and attention to details we used to enjoy in this country, and not something we see as much anymore. I would urge you to support this company with your business.
