He could have just fixed the problem I called about but I asked him to check everything over. My door system was over 19 years old and loud. Lucas walked me through what he saw. I was quoted price of $100 per spring up to $360 per spring over the phone. When tech arrived said it would be $378 for basic spring or $478 for upgraded spring. This is quite a lot higher than quoted. The only reason I gave a star was because technician was polite when I said I didn’t want all the extras that they wanted to add on. Would not use this company again because of their onsite up pricing
