Shady pricing! Shady evaluation! Charging $554 for 10 nylon wheels that you can get in Lowe’s for $30. No separate price for parts and labor and tax. Told us we needed things fixed that didn’t need fixing. There are just a lot of crooks out there.

Made on-line appointment for our garage door was not working properly. Appointment set, but received a call from Precious that they could send a technician sooner if I was available. The Technician then called to say he was heading to us. He was nice and knowledgeable. Our equipment was pretty old, and noisy. We needed to replace the motor, so he installed a geni. New door springs and cable. So it came with new pad, remotes and outside key pad. The job was completed in just a few hours. The runs so smooth and quiet. We are very pleased. Great job by the Tech! Highly recommend Precision!

We had a great experience with Precision. The communication concerning the appointment times was timely, through text messages. Lewis our installer was easy to talk to and professional in his demeanor. Unfortunately, we needed a new motor. He had the parts in his van and was able to install expertly and on time. He programmed the new keypad and remotes and even offered to program the car! I would highly recommend using Precision and Lewis.

Used them twice. Only double markup on basic quote. 500% markup on upsale. The technicians are good at service and selling overpriced extras. Highly recommended for people that have too much money. If you are poor, look elsewhere. Edit after reply : I looked up the parts they installed. They charged me 396.90 per spring. Those springs cost $108. The pulleys they upsold me $160.65 per pulley only cost about 8 dollars at home depot.

Precision Garage Door has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. The level of incompetence and lack of understanding of the permitting process is unbelievable. They pulled the WRONG permit for my garage door project and now I’m left dealing with the mess and delays because of their mistakes. After speaking directly with the Development Services Department, I was informed that the permit they pulled was incorrect from the beginning. A BTR permit should have been filed for a garage door, not the BLD permit they submitted. On top of that, they were trying to treat this as an “after the fact” permit situation even though the garage door was NEVER installed. That literally does not apply to my case. Now the only thing missing is a simple substantial damage/improvement guideline report, yet I’m stuck cleaning up issues caused entirely by their failure to properly handle permitting. Jeff the director of sales is quite incompetent, I’ve never witnessed anything like it. It’s beyond frustrating that a company claiming to be professionals can’t even pull the correct permit or understand basic county requirements. Save yourself the stress, delays, and headaches. I would never recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. Quick to take your money- 6 week nightmare!

I originally called at least six different companies seeking a quote for a replacement garage door. By far Precision was the most professional ,offered more of a selection than its competitors. The ordering to install happened much quicker than what I was told which of course was a good thing. The installers Sherman and Grant ( Very Professional) showed up on time and finished the job in a matter of hours. Our new door looks amazing and I thank the precision team for a job well done.

I have recommended Crosstown Garage Door's repair service Many times. I came to this business because of a recommendation from a trusted friend. They've always been professional during each interaction I've had, and very fair and transparent with their pricing. The last issue I had was corrected by the lead technician Ryan Carmody. I needed to have a broken spring replaced and at the advice of David and Ryan, had both springs replaced. They offered a very fair price and Ryan completed though replacement quickly and professionally. He was very personable and even helped me out with a small separate issue in the garage. My only regret is not writing this review sooner. I should have done it immediately after the appointment but was unfortunately sidetracked. I am loyal to Crosstown Garage Doors, and l recommend them to anyone who needs help with their garage door.

Today Aaron came to my house and delivered two new garage door openers which I had requested. While he was hear he reset the auto control for opening our garage on both of our vehicles. He also inspected our door and found and replaced two broken hinges. His work was excellent and his customer service skills were noteworthy.
