I had had a small issue with my garage door a few years ago and the result and the way Precision handled it was so good I always said if I needed anything done with my garage doors in the future they were who I would call. So lately as I begin having problems, I contacted them this morning Saturday online and was able to make an appointment for noon the same day. I called at 1:55pm and they gave me a window from 2pm - 6! Our tech Chad P was amazing. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he give us options to save on repair costs, but he fixed our problem on site. He also pointed out other concerns from wear and tear as he came across them. We opted in on getting everything completed same day and couldn't be more pleased. Our door is SO quiet now and we have peace of mind that it's one less worry! Don't go with anyone else. Don't even shop around!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He could have just fixed the problem I called about but I asked him to check everything over. My door system was over 19 years old and loud. Lucas walked me through what he saw.
