We received service the same day we called for assistance. Virtually everything except the garage door itself had to be replaced. Our tech (Braxton Theodore, whom we requested) was on time, thorough, professional, and very friendly. He did a great job and kept us informed every step of the way.

I am a return customer, and I am glad I reached out to Precision to replace the whole system, ( new garage door, and upgraded motor). Grant came out as scheduled early Saturday morning, installed everything on his own, gave us instructions on using the new equipment, and answered all our questions. Everyone we dealt with from scheduling, to the young man ( Andrew) ,who initially came over to do the quote, were extremely helpful and professional. We needed Saturday appt. and they were so accomodating. Would definitely recommend this company for service, quality and pricing.

I had Precision Garage Door come to my home for a door tune-up. The young man, Camden, arrived on time, very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He did the tune-up and advised me that my door was in good shape, however in the future I might need some wires replaced as mine were over 20 years old. I asked for the price, which was very reasonable and told him to go ahead and replace them now. In a very short time he finished the repair. I am very happy with the entire process and would certainly refer Precision Door to my friends and family.

Chad was very polite and courteous. He listened to me about our issue and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Our issues were resolved rather quickly and completely. His attention to detail is exceptional. We will be getting a second door opener in the near future and will gladly have him come back to do the install. When companies have employees like this that approach each task individually and start a relationship between them and the customers are the types of companies that will survive against the competition every time. We were more than satisfied with what was done and even more so with HOW it was clearly explained and carried out. 10/10 will call them again!!

The initial call was pleasantly surprised. No answering service to press one or something and actual person answered professionally and within minutes had set an appointment for that afternoon. The Tech arrived within the window as scheduled was very professional and quickly gave me options to repair what I had or upgrade to better set up. I chose to take the upgrade and when I told him that would not be available for 2 days for him to get materials he told me he has everything needed on his truck and can be done today. In about 2 hours. This was fantastic quality same day service. This doesn't happen much today. Great company great Technician. Keep up the great work.

We had someone come out to fix the springs on our garage door on Friday and had to call them out again today because it wasn't closing properly. Jesus Dimasse the technician came out today and fixed the issue right away. He even did a few other small things to make sure it was in proper working order. He was extremely friendly and explained everything in detail that I could easily understand. He was a great pleasure to work with and I would definitely work with him again.

Bob B. was the technician that came out to repair our garage door opener. It turns out we bought a new one from Precision. Bob was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. We bought the door opener because of his way of explaining the importance of a sturdy opener and its durability. Yes, we paid a little more but in the long term, this was the best decision. My husband and I would highly recommend Precision to any one for garage doors and garage door openers. Bob B. was awesome. Thanks.

Great experience! They had our service tech to our home within 45 min. on a Sunday with no extra charges. He was thorough, listened to what we needed, and even helped up program our new opener to our vehicles. Very positive experience and would definitely use again in the future.

Woke up on a Sunday at 5am to both garage door springs busted. I was unable to get the garage door to open trapping my car in the garage. Went online and found precision and was able to schedule an appointment with a 4 hour window between 8-noon. Technician Manuel arrived at about 9am. Explained what he needed to do to repair it. By 10:30am he was finished and my car was able to escape its prison and I was able to head off to work. I am sure I could have found a better price, but for the quick service, I am fine with it. I would have had to miss a minimum of two days work if not for the quick response, especially on a Sunday morning. Manuel was nothing but friendly and professional. Thank you precision!

Precision was absolutely incredible. They responded immediately to our call for service and were absolutely great and identifying the problem and taking care of it. Great Experience! Jesus DiMasse was my installer. He came out and showed me what the issue was and explained everything. He was super friendly and a stand up guy. He showed me options and gave me advice. Installed everything in like an hour and showed me how to work the new unit. Seemed a little pricey but expert top of the line service. Jesus is the man.
