I had a lightning strike very close to my home and it destroyed my garage door motor on both of my garage doors. Precision sent out a wonderful technician, named Sean, and he let me know everything I would need for the repair. There was no high pressure selling and I was able to make any decisions for repairs. Great service and excellent work.

Jesus went above and beyond to fix everything we needed on our garage door. Very pleased with the quality and “precision” of his work. He was on time and walked us through our finished product. New spring, new opener with belt and replaced our plastic wheels on the rail to durable rubber wheels. The door runs smooth and much more quiet.

My service technician Chris called earlier, address my problem immediately in detail and as I requested, advised me options for a new unit within my budget . Arnold is the best! He diagnosed and fixed one of my 10 ft doors last year. It was the rail & belt that was completely shot. Now the other one has the same issues and he came out and fixed it right away… I specifically asked for him and said I’d wait until he was available to come out. He got it all fixed good as new! 5 stars for Arnold !!!
