for a simple repair you guys wanted me to get a new garage door or pay the equivalent to repair 2 spring cables( 4k to 6k) .had another company come out and the repair was done within the hour and at a fraction of the price would never recommend your company after that experience

Our garage door opener broke on a Friday afternoon, and our technician, Alex, arrived early the next morning to address the problem. He immediately got to work. Unfortunately, my cheap Ryobi door opener could not be repaired. Alex replaced "two" openers, changed all track rollers, realigned the tracks, and inserted devices to quiet all hinges on both garage doors. He then programmed four cars, installed a new keypad, and performed additional tasks to help transition to the new openers. He was professional, courteous, neat, and even took the old openers with him. From the first call to the installation and billing, I could not be more impressed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for your garage door needs!

Alex was super nice. Knowledgeable and not pushy on “upgrades”. He pointed out a couple things but at no point did he pressure me into additional services. He fixed what was the immediate problem was perfectly and was on his way. Will only use Precision in the future.
