THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME! We bought a heavy garage door a couple of years ago (with a 5-year warranty), and a spring broke day after Christmas this year. My husband had just gotten out of the hospital. Neither of us were at our best. I called, and they had a tech out within hours. They had to make the spring but were out early the next morning to repair. Every single tech who came to our home was exceedingly professional - and great people. The responsiveness, the technical expertise, and the kindness every one of these men - and the office manager who answered the phone - showed us were remarkable. Plus, the repair was covered under warranty. This is a company that honors their promises and obviously has a rock star culture. Thank you all for your wonderful service! Friday night put the garbage bin out time, but garage door wouldn't open. After trying to figure out what was going on and not getting door to open looked up and saw broken spring. We've used Precision before so immediately called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Technician Lewis arrived right at beginning of appointment window, quickly inspected the door, and provided a reasonable estimate for repair. Repairs completed very professionally within an hour inspite of it being a holiday weekend. Highly recommend Precision for any type of garage door repair, especially on a weekend or holiday.
