John was excellent, personable and repaired the door promptly. I also had him do maintance on the door while he was here. Great service and always good people. Our garage doors and lifts were, at best, shaky, after Milton. When they started shrieking I called Precision, the original installer, for help. Bob and Austin came out right at the promised time and immediately diagnosed the problem(s) (corrosion, sensor disruption from the floodwater and just old age of the lifts, tracks, bearings). Went with a new lift on one side, new bearings, sensors, tracks, pulls, etc - basically everything but the doors themselves on both sides. They were here for a good eight hours. Very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I’m very, very pleased with their work and my (almost) new garage doors. Thanks Bob and Austin and thanks Precision.

This is the second time that I have used Precision Garage Door. The first time I had a garage door opener installed. That is working perfectly since the day it was installed. Recently I had a preventative service done. I had the springs and rollers replaced because they were getting old and I didn't want to have a major problem. William was my service technician and he did a great job. He was able to explain what was going on with my springs and rollers, offer suggestions of what my next steps should be to keep my garage door working perfectly, and keep me in the budget that I was anticipating spending. I feel very comfortable that my garage door will be functioning correctly for years to come. If I do need a service in the future I will definitely be contacting Precision Garage Door.
