I placed a call for service within minutes I received a call with a confirmed appointment time. My service technician Chris called earlier, address my problem immediately in detail and as I requested, advised me options for a new unit within my budget . The installation took 1 1/2 hours to complete. Big thanks to Chris he is an asset to the company. I am once again a satisfied customer of Precision Garage Door service.

Arnold is the best! He diagnosed and fixed one of my 10 ft doors last year. It was the rail & belt that was completely shot. Now the other one has the same issues and he came out and fixed it right away… I specifically asked for him and said I’d wait until he was available to come out. He got it all fixed good as new! 5 stars for Arnold !!!

Chad was friendly, and professional. He asked me questions concerning my issue. Checked the sensor wiring and determined it was the sensors themselves. He replaced them, problem solved. He also Checked my door and it's operation for any potential issues. Lastly he lubed all the moving parts of the door. Chad is an excellent representative for your business. Techs Austin and Nick get 5 stars. They were on time, professional, gave me updates, left garage tidy when job was completed, explained new system. Pricing gets 4 stars. Nothing really in prIce range I expected. My stomach was in knots while I processed the cost. I did not get exactly what I wanted because of price, but I am satisfied with what I ended up getting because of the service.
