We needed a garage door spring replacement and Precision sent Aaron Whiteman to our home. On the day of our appointment he notified us when he was in route and advised of his arrival time. He arrived promptly and presented himself very politely and professionally. He assessed what needed to be done, thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired and/or replaced and provided a written quote and timeframe to complete the work. While we felt the quote was a little high, we felt so comfortable with Aaron’s obvious skill level and competence it was worth the higher price point for the piece of mind knowing it would get done correctly. I would highly recommend requesting Aaron if you are considering any repairs and/or service from Precision.

Angel was great. He did a good job of fixing the spring that had broken on our garage door. He was very professional. Unfortunately, I had to call the office couple days later to get a receipt for the paid $2500 job that was done. Angel said it would be sent. When I spoke with the receptionist, she said I don't know maybe it was going to be sent, maybe not. Maybe I'll write a review, maybe I won't. Just don't like when people who don't do their jobs act so cavalier about it.

Overall very prompt and good service. I was a little taken back when installation of my new garage door and garage door opener occurred, the installer advised the keypad was not included and I had to pay an extra $75 I was not anticipating. That should have been disclosed prior to installation. If it wasn’t for the extra expense, I would have rated 5 stars.

Had a mysterious issue with one of our garage door openers (over 20 years old). Garage door would not go down unless the wall control was continuously held down. After going up and down a few times to try to self-diagnose the issue, the opener stopped raising and lowering the door. Only a few clicks were heard when pressing the wall control. Called Precision and was able to get an appointment the same day. Jesues DiMasse was assigned to my job. He called to let me know he was 30 minutes away and aske if the wait time was okay. He also inquired about where he should park his van. This let me know right away that he was a very considerate and detailed person. Best part of all, Jesus was able to diagnose my my problem in about 15 minutes! He fixed the problem, lubricated the door and completed the job in record time. Seriously, less than an hour. He left without leaving in trace! I highly recommed him and Precsion!

I had a great experience working with Adel! He recently helped me with a garage door opener replacement, as well as fixing the wheels and seal, and everything was done perfectly. Adel was very professional, on time, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He took the time to explain the work, made sure everything was running smoothly, and left the area clean when he was done. The garage door is now super quiet and works like new again. I really appreciate his honesty and quality of work — highly recommend Adel if you need any garage door repairs or maintenance!

I would never use this place ever again. We put a deposit down for a panel on our garage door and were told it would take 6 weeks for it to arrive. We Thought the garage panel door was what was causing our issue But we also needed a new garage door system. The pricing was double or triple the other quotes that we ended up getting after they left!!! We called over the weekend to cancel the panel and they were closed but we left a message saying that we wanted to cancel the Order anyway. We were told by a service rep that a refund wouldn’t be an issue since it was going going to be a Six week process. The communication was absolutely horrible from that point… Another rep did contact us to say that they were processing the refund - only to get another phone call two hours later saying They were not going to give us the refund for our deposit based on their policy. I would advise everyone - do not sign anything with this company and go get other estimates! We had the Garage door opener/system done by another company and we paid less than half of the original quote they gave us. We did lose our deposit for the garage panel, but decided to cancel the order anyway. Jeff kept trying to pressure us Like a used car salesman Because he didn’t want to lose more money. They now have our deposit and we have a lesson that we’ve learned! They can keep my deposit because I would never want to do business with this company ever again.

Sonny was the technician who did the work. His communication was excellent throughout and he thoroughly explained the options to us. Precision Garage Doors did a fantastic job for us. A technician arrived quickly after hours & got the broken door in the closed position while we waited for a new custom door to arrive. The installing technician was great. The custom size created a lot of extra work and he worked several hours installing it perfectly (very quiet & smooth). He also spent time explaining how all the new features work. We highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!

I was quoted $10,000 for a new garage door opener — the kind you can buy at Home Depot for around $250. The technician handed me a tablet with that price like it was normal. When I questioned it, the quote suddenly dropped to $5,000, which made the whole thing feel even more dishonest. This company presents itself like a small neighborhood business, but this experience felt extremely misleading and predatory. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes and being very cautious before doing business with them.

After a long day, I just wanted to come home to relax. The garage door went up but did not come down. At 3:30 in the afternoon, my heart was sinking hoping I could get the door fixed the same day. If not, can they get the door down and secure? We have been loyal Precision Garage Door Service customers. Could they come through?? Of course they did!!! My tech, Isak was at my door in less than an hour. After inspecting the door, I asked if it could be secured. He told me he would fix the door!! I was so relieved. He could tell I was nervous and put me at ease. He walked me through the issues in detail and the pricing for each repair. I cannot say enough about his expertise, professionalism and kindness through the whole process. Precision has kept me as a loyal customer and I will be asking for Isak each time I’m in need.
