We have always had a very good experience with Precision. Our garage door opener was fried by lightning. I called on a Sunday. They came right out. Our tech was amazing. He installed the new device and was very patient with explaining, demonstrating and watching us use it to make sure we were satisfied.

Very smooth process all the way around. I was able to schedule the appointment online without picking up the telephone. Within an hour the technician, Domenic, arrived and provided a quote to replace the opener. I accepted the quote and it was installed in about 90 minutes. Payment was electronic. Excellent communications and excellent technology. There's a lot of vendors out there doin this type of work, but few of them have the size and scale of Precision. Another good thing to note about this whole process was that the material was on the truck. They didn't have to go back to a warehouse and schedule for the following week etc etc. Turnkey, The whole thing was very turnkey. I'm very happy with the company and I'm happy with the process. We will consider them in the future for our commercial overhead door work.

Wow !!! Very professional from the very beginning. Fast response and prompt service. Travis came out and identified all of the issues and was very transparent on all of the issues. Travis was willing to do the job last night at 6 pm but i had other obligations, in which he told me another tech would be doing the service the next day as he was going out of town. Dillon called me at 3:15 pm as said he was ahead of schedule and could he come before the 4pm appointment. I told him to go ahead and we are ready. Also i told him the driveway was clear and pull all the way up to the garage. Well , I’m gonna say this. This company is very professional via communication email, text, phone calls and service. Quality is more important to me than Quantity and you get what you pay for … Precision garage door services are exactly as the name of the company 1st class and phenomenal service to someone in need of their garage door service.
