I returned from a 10 day trip to a garage door that would not open. My neighbor recommended Precision Door, so I called this morning and Jeremy arrived this afternoon. Jeremy was incredibly nice, took the time to explain the issues, showed me what was going on and provided an estimate within minutes. He worked for 2 hours to get my door operating again. Great customer service!!

Corbin was most respectful and professional. Fortunately the malfunction was due to a power outage and needed only to be reset. And although I was 12 days shy of being under warranty. My warranty was honored and there was no charge!!! He also lubricated the mechanics and showed me how to reset if this happened again. Thank you Corbin and Precision. From making the appointment, receipt of email confirmation of. appointment, call from Technician 20 mins prior to arrival—totally first class service of courtesy with professionalism! Technician reviewed work order and completed same—tested garage door & keypad. Awesome!!

The worst experiencetrying to replace a broken spring on my garage door. A technician named Craig Earle showed up and after he inspected the garage door he gave me an estimate on everything that he thought was wrong with my garage door. The price he quoted me was $2400 . When I said I only need the springs replaced for now to get the garage working, he said it will cost me $460 per spring for a total $1040 with labor. While he was still in my living room I made a quick call to Local Garage Door Services Inc. and they gave me a quote for $299. Quite the difference in the pricing. Craig was a crook who tries to take advantage of people. I would never recommend Precision to anybody. Please shop around before you do business with this company they are a bunch of crooks with no work ethics.
