I received a call-back to schedule an appointment within a half-hour of my initial email. The technician Luis was courteous and thoroughly professional. He explained the problem and subsequent solution and completed the work in short order. Hopefully, I will not need your services again. But if I do, I'll know who to call.

I am a newer resident of Florida, so when I need something done I kind of rely on google and chrome to find a service provider. Precision Door was one of the options that came up. The call to set up the appointment was handled perfectly and efficiently, and to my surprise was set for the same day. A window of time was set, and again to my surprise, the technician was on his way to my house in the early part of the timeframe. After quickly diagnosing the problem, and as I suspected, I needed a new door opener. After going over a couple of options, and settling on a price that I thought was fair, I agreed to the work. This guy went above and beyond expectations and did a marvelous job on the install. He also tidied up a couple of other small issues to make the job cleaner and more complete. This is the kind of service and attention to details we used to enjoy in this country, and not something we see as much anymore. I would urge you to support this company with your business. From start to finish A+++

We have used precision garage doors for many years and they have never failed to satisfy. This time around we needed a new garage door opener installed. They are timely, courteous thorough, and clean up well behind themselves. Phil came out and replaced our garage door opener. He was efficient, respectful, possessing all the qualities one should expect from a home repair service and was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Highly recommend the company and their technicians..
