My Torsion Spring broke which left my garage door stuck in the closed position Called the night before and Precision made setting up the repair painless. While I probably could have found a lower price for the repair Precision has a great reputation and the repair came with a 3 year warranty. Overall I'm pleased with the repair and professionalism of the tech. I will recommend to my friends who have garage door issues.

Precision garage doors is the way to go!! They were less expensive than the repair company recommended by our builders. They came out the same day we called and our technician Lucas did an awesome job. He was informative and very polite, and he was able to replace the broken springs, installed a proper bushing (the installers used a plastic piece) and oiled the chain for us in under an hour. We were also pleasantly surprised that the company offers payment plans. Will definitely call them next time we have any issues.
