We used Precision Doors about 3 years ago when our double garage door springs busted. They were absolutely great then. So when my single garage door spring busted about a week ago - I didn't hesitate and just called Precision Doors again. Sean T. was able to actually show up earlier then my time slot of 6pm-8pm. He got here at 3pm. Then as usual my garage door spring was replaced in a professional and outstanding manner. Sean was very courteous and friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Precision Doors is my choice for garage door work.

We had a minor repair with the brackets that control the manual lock from the handle of the door. Baylor replaced the bolts and inspected all components of the door and opener. He was helpful in explaining what had gone wrong and prompt to fix it. He was also very friendly and courteous and it was a pleasure to meet him. Minimal cost, excellent service as always, and we would definitely continue to call Precision in the future.
