Not only was the technician’s arrival within the stated timeframe, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient while answering all our questions. We are very pleased with the service we received from Precision. Luke was very friendly and professional. He got our springs replaced and installed our other items needed in a neat and timely manner. He even went above and beyond to tidy up some wiring and other things my husband had not gotten back to after recently installing a garage door opener. He also pointed out a bracket on the new garage opener that was rubbing the garage door and said he’d like to fix that for us too. We would highly recommend them.

They were the original installers of my house some 30 years ago. They are professional and very nice to deal with. Also I love the fact that they have veterans working for them. I love their commercials too.

Joshua, our technician, arrived at our house to repair our garage. He was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our garage, and provided an estimate. After we went over the invoice, and figured out what was needed, Josh proceeded to repairing our garage. He was very precise on the job, and explained the five years parts and labor warranty. In the future, if we need garage repairs, we would like to have Josh, do the job! Thank you, Shaun

Really it should be zero stars but the system required me to send a rating. I was almost completely ripped off by Precision. I called the company thinking it was service and name you can trust. The tech came out and told me my garage door system was destroyed and it would cost nearly $3000. I then called another company and they sent a tech out who repaired the system for an “emergeny” service fee of $300. I am incredibly disappointed by the sales tactics employed by Precision. I will never trust the company after this. It is deplorable.
