I wish I could give a five star review. But the cost of repairs was higher than average. Scheduling an appointment on the website was so easy. I selected the next available time-slot and the response was almost immediate. I received a call and was told an available technician was in the area and within minutes Luis texted me to say he was in his way. Luis was very courteous and knowledgeable. Using a template, he explained the repairs and costs in great detail. I was able to select the repairs within my budget with ease. It took Luis less than an hour to get my garage door working again. Arnold was GREAT he showed us what was needed and explained the reason the garage was not functioning properly. He gave recommendations of what could be done now and what could potentially happen with the current mechanisms. It is a plus that he brought the equipment for repairs with him and he did not have to do an assessment and return days later. He came prepared to do the job. My garage door has not been this light in years! Precision Garage doors provided excellent service. Desiree, the representative was also professional and pleasant during the initial call.

This company was a winner for me. I needed both springs on my two-car garage door replaced. $400 (Sept 2025), but price obviously may vary for a number of reasons. 3 year parts and labor warranty. The gentleman showed up on time (same day too) and worked hard with my old garage door. He replaced the springs with the same gauge that was on there before but was not happy with the results. He then put on a stronger spring to make the door noticeably better. I really liked that they didn't just "fix" it and walk away. They made it as good as possible. Great job, PGDS! I'm leaving this review on their Florida Ave storefront which doesn't look like much, but that is how I found them. The invoice shows Clearwater as their business address.

I had a lightning strike very close to my home and it destroyed my garage door motor on both of my garage doors. Precision sent out a wonderful technician, named Sean, and he let me know everything I would need for the repair. There was no high pressure selling and I was able to make any decisions for repairs. Jesus went above and beyond to fix everything we needed on our garage door. Very pleased with the quality and “precision” of his work. He was on time and walked us through our finished product. New spring, new opener with belt and replaced our plastic wheels on the rail to durable rubber wheels. The door runs smooth and much more quiet.

Repair tech Aaron came out and made the necessary repairs and upgrades on really old parts that were near failing point.
