excellent service... the appointment online process was super simple to use. less than 24 hrs. I received a very courteous call by the company rep securing the appointment that best suited me and a follow-up call to inform me of an earlier available appointment, which I took. The Tech (Keith) arrived on time, was very professional in reviewing my options of repairs, was very knowledgeable of the system I owned and the rep performed the replacement of springs quickly and left the workplace clean. The technician was very nice and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. He ended up replacing the springs, opener and other parts and everything is working great. However, I have a little bit of buyer's remorse. I was stuck in my garage and I feel like they gouged me on the price. I'm fine with paying a premium for the same day service but after doing research on what was done the premium was a lot more than I think it should have been. This low rating is based on price alone. Technician was great.

Belt driven opener installed same day. Technician was right about not thinking of that less noise until you hear the difference. Technician was knowledgeable and able to handle several objections without getting upset. Price was certainly higher than Lowe's but hope for better quality and option of immediate install won over price. However, the $20 fuel surcharge seems a bit much when price is already higher than average.

Matt did a very good job, diagnosed the problem gave me some instructions as part of the issue was the in-fared lights were not aligned properly. Also the garage door opener needed a tune up, runs much better now.

Thank you! thank you and thank you-all: I had an old loud sounding, loose and clanging garage door. I called Precision (from their TV commercial) they came out the next day, promptly as scheduled. While talking I mentioned that I was a 74 year old widow (still working every day) and was presently keeping two grandkids, and they like to use the garage door quite often. They fixed my garage door with a first grade motor and new wheels and rails ...everything.. yes! Thank you Lord for using these people to help me. they then gave me the bad news and the good news!! and then told me the good news that it was free, yes! a gift! saying they liked giving back to the community when they see the need... yes!! no charge !!!.. I started crying it was so wonderful and such a relief not to have to pay over a thousand dollars for the job well done and greatly appreciated. The wonderful people that arrived on Saturday, Scott Page the manager (definitely an angel from God) Carlos Morales (a angel to me on that day, I kept hugging him and crying) also his helper Alejandro.(I got to hug him too) they were so wonderfully nice. they fixed it and now the garage door is so quiet.. wonderful, thank you, thank you!!

i saw your ads and had seen your trucks at neighbors I saw your advertised prices for spring replacement. Then when your agent was ready to start, he said that the price would be three times the advertised spring replacement price. I felt very much like the bait and switch. I was upset and felt cheated Your agent did the work and the door works. I am glad my door works I feel like I was the victim of a ruse. The advertised price may have been actual, but it wasn't 'real'. e.g., "Oh if you want to replace only one spring of the same old pair you can..." and "Oh, if you want to leave the old bearings that caused the failure, you can..." The experience doesn't leave me feeling good at all. I guess your agent's work and the products are okay. In the twenty years prior, I never considered or admired the original equipment. For the next twenty years, I hope to also 'not think about it', but that will be after recovering from the sting of "expecting $200 and paying >$600". Your agent was not exceptional - good or bad. The door works
