Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning and we could not get our car out of the garage. I found you on Google and called and a competent person answered the phone and promised that a repair person would come between 1pm and 6pm. Isak came and did a wonderful job for us. I called yesterday to request a quote for a new garage door opener, I was offered a same evening appointment but asked for a next day visit. Carlos was on-time and discussed the options available. I had purchased a new door from Precision a couple of years ago, and still have a very good working one but became unhappy with the opener. He provided the options, I picked the best selection for me, and requested to set up an installation date. Much to my surprise, EVERYTHING was available on his truck. He installed my new opener in about 2 hours. Great job Precision, for the second time. You will continue to be a referral from me.

I thought that the overall price for the replacement was decent. Jason came out yesterday to give us a quote and it was extremely clear that this company wants to ensure that the customer is happy. Tomislav replaced my 10 year old garage door springs, rollers, cables and pulleys. In well under 2 hours, he had my garage door working more smoothly and quieter than before. I had a spring break on Saturday June 1st. I called Precision based on their commercials about quality service and fast response. They were not able to come until Monday afternoon June 3rd, but I figured that would be fine. When the tech arrived, he told my wife he would have to replace the whole system because the Wayne Dalton system was outdated and no parts were available. The garage door and system was only 5 years old. The quote was over $1,000. I sent him on his way and had another company fix it for $275. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
