The problem is patiently explained and there is never a hard sell for anything. Nothing happens until you understand and approve and then they get right on it. Jason Daring did an outstanding Job at a price I could afford. This company is Fast, Reliable, and provides Great Customer Service. I have used Precision in the past and knew I could count on them again to perform service on my Garage Door when my Torsion Spring snapped. I had them replace both L and R and they were done in under 2 hours. I was a little skeptical on prices most recently so I had a few estimates performed. Precision was right in the price range of the competition estimates I received. With a name I can trust I am happy to say at least there are still a few companies out there I can still rely on today.

I was given several options to correct a broken spring and an under powered opener. James let me chose the solution fro the options and I couldn’t be happier with a super quiet Genie belt drive.

Jason did not know when he did my service that I used to run a Field Service organization. I would hire this guy in a minute. Polite, knowledgeable, and caring are just a few of the adjectives that I would use. Extremely happy with the service and they were even at my house within 1.5 hours of when I called.
