I had a spring break on Saturday June 1st. I called Precision based on their commercials about quality service and fast response. They were not able to come until Monday afternoon June 3rd, but I figured that would be fine. When the tech arrived, he told my wife he would have to replace the whole system because the Wayne Dalton system was outdated and no parts were available. The garage door and system was only 5 years old. The quote was over $1,000. I sent him on his way and had another company fix it for $275. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Used your company based on reviews. Work fine but wonder if service man receives commission on repairs made. Trying to tell me 3 month old springs not good. Put in by another company. Your company replaced the motor, all wheels and adjusted after springs done also 3 months ago. Since I didn’t watch everything done not sure if I’ll now have spring issues again based on how he kept saying springs failed the test he did. He also put this in the report and I feel it may be so he can say yes the springs were bad even though new. This was a repeat service to adjust his work done 3 months ago when the motor was replaced. If springs fail soon I will question why.

my garage door makes a loud cracking noise ...in the morning when i first open it...precision has been out to adjust and lube it at least 4 to 5 times...they even sent a manager out...and he added some braces...to keep down the noise...i hate to complain...but this door is just not right...the technicians spray it with lube....and the noise is muffled...and they assure me that everything is alright...i don't know...maybe i will just have to live with it...but i am not real happy...thanks for trying....michael panos...

Jose, was GREAT!!! Just moved into a new house and wasn't sure about the garage doors if they were working properly. He came to the house (on time - by the way) and explained the condition of the garage doors and openers. Needless to say, I needed new openers, etc... He did the install within a good amount of time and the new openers (upgraded model) are practically whisper quiet---belt drive! Quoted me a fair price and I was very happen in the end!
