my garage door makes a loud cracking noise ...in the morning when i first open it...precision has been out to adjust and lube it at least 4 to 5 times...they even sent a manager out...and he added some braces...to keep down the noise...i hate to complain...but this door is just not right...the technicians spray it with lube....and the noise is muffled...and they assure me that everything is alright...i don't know...maybe i will just have to live with it...but i am not real happy...thanks for trying....michael panos...

Jose, was GREAT!!! Just moved into a new house and wasn't sure about the garage doors if they were working properly. He came to the house (on time - by the way) and explained the condition of the garage doors and openers. Needless to say, I needed new openers, etc... He did the install within a good amount of time and the new openers (upgraded model) are practically whisper quiet---belt drive! Quoted me a fair price and I was very happen in the end!

About just 31/2 hours after my phone call, the technician, Griffin, was finished installing my new and almost silent, opener, rollers, sensors, and sundry other items. He left not a spec of debris or dirt. He was professional in both his demeanor and his work. I am very glad that I chose Precision!!!!!

5 Stars. I called Precision Door, because my garage door sounded like it was breaking apart every time it opened and closed. I was convinced it was broken, and some garage door salesman/tech was going to make me pay an arm and a leg for a new garage door. Bob and Spencer, my techs, arrived, and quickly reassured me my door was in good shape but just needed some servicing. I only spent $150, and my garage door now sounds like new, including an extra remote I needed. Service level was absolutely amazing, and I will never use anyone else for my garage door needs. Two technicians came in to replace the entire garage door wireless opener under warranty. The technicians were extremely helpul, friendly and knowledgeable. They were very patient and helpful in programing the wireless software, the wall opening unit and the car remote openers. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating plus, plus plus!!!!Outstanding!!!!
