The springs broke on our overhead garage door and we contacted Precision for a service call. We could not have been happier with their performance! They came out within a few hours of our initial call. Their technician clearly had a great deal of expertise and offered us several options and the related costs to fix the door. We agreed on a particular option and the service was completed immediately.....we were back in business within 2 hours. Great job and genuinely pleasant to work with.

the garage door was making lots of noise and the chain was sagging more than I thought it should be along with the weather strip was not long enough so I called. The office gave quotes, made appointment for the next day. Your service man, Travis was polite, considerate and a gentleman. I couldn't have had a better worker come to my house. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services and Travis Dobson. I called Saturday afternoon and was able to get an appointment on Sunday. Travis called when he was on his way and showed up a few minutes before the scheduled window. My garage door had not been serviced since 2012 and was out of balance so my garage door was not consistently opening. Travis did a thorough inspection and made recommendations. He gave me three quotes- bandage (just what needed to be done knowing more maintenance would be needed), safe and reliable, and long term. There was no pressure, just facts. I chose the long-term, which replaced springs, rollers, cables and bearings. I did not realize how loud my garage door was prior to the repairs or how hard my garage door opener was having to work. Travis had all the parts with him and was able to make the repairs within an hour. He was very professional and efficient. I enjoyed talking with him. Travis is truly an asset to your company.

Precision Garage Service. Called placed for service just before 4pm. Service was scheduled the next day between the hours of Noon-four. What I liked about this company. Confirmation for the appointment was sent at 4:04pm to my email address, noting date and my correct address along with technician’s name and pictures of their employees. Our technician, Travis Dobson called ahead on the day of our appointment to let me know he was 20 minutes away and arrived just before noon. He was courteous, professional, and personable. Travis provided us with three repair options and answered all my questions so we could make an informed decision for the repair that was right for our budget. Parts for the repair were stocked on the truck and repairs were made promptly to the agreed upon price. Employees that provide the face to face service are a huge part of what makes a company great, Travis Dobson is definitely an asset to Precision Garage Door. Covid-19 protocols were followed for the duration of the repair.

Our door with opener would not go down on our VERY old (maybe 25 years?) garage door. A service person arrived shortly after I called (seriously, about 15 minutes). He was professional in every respect, and as he started working on the door and opener, it turned out to be quite a job. He explained every detail of what was necessary and why, just so we understood the expense, and was here for nearly four hours. He installed a new opener and revamped the garage door itself. We’re quite happy with the work that was done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision.
