We’ve used Précision for years to install our garage door opener and service it when needed. They always come out promptly upon receiving our call for service. They’re always very professional, courtesy and understanding. The techs are always very knowledgeable and fix the problem promptly. My last call required the sensors to be replaced. We’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

When our garage door didn't open this morning we made no hesitation in calling Precusion. When the technician arrived we were happy to see it was the same tech we had before, Tim Vaughn. He rembered us and it made us feel comfortable. He showed us the damage and went over the repair costs and warranty. Precision still offers financial arrangements especially through these trying times which made it easier for us to have the garage door repaired. Thank you again. Job very well done.

Being one of the most trusted garage door companies, why would anyone use another company. When the new garage door opener did not function as stated they promptly came and replaced the unit with a better one. At no cost to me. You cannot ask for better service then that. The service techs were awesome. Thank you and I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

I have used Precision many times and they always exceed my expectations. This service was just as exceptional with Tim. Precision is so good that when my son and his wife purchased a home the first thing I did was have precision come out to service his garage door. He was amazed at their expertise and you are now his go to company. Thank you.

We were very pleased with the service we received. We called early morning and asked for someone to come and they were here that afternoon about 4:00 pm and fixed our problem. The technician explained everything, we agreed to what needed to be done, he fixed the problem and left about 6:00 pm. Wish I had called you six months ago instead of the people I did call because they did nothing except charge us for coming out.

Service, knowledge and installer were great. I was happy with the above. One thing I would improve is when I took the offer on the spring, they should have told me the spring I was getting was low value and only about 10000 cycles.
