Well we heard a loud noise in garage and when we looked nothing seemed wrong. The next morning I went to open garage door. But it did not open. I went and checked all the usual things and disconnected from opener. To my surprise I could not lift door at all. Then finally I saw it...the spring snapped. I called Precision immediately and they set appointment for next morning. Josh showed up the next morning and was awesome. He told us all our options and quickly fixed the problem. I will use Precision for all my needs in the future and will tell my neighbors.

Our scheduled appointment was between 1000 and 1400, Josh called about 1045 and said he was about 20 minutes away. He showed up shortly thereafter. He saw the problem where the garage door opener was no longer connected to the garage door. He pointed out the garage door opener was not centered on the garage door, thus connected was made using the perforated angle metal. This obviously created a severe stress point and lasted less than 2 years of the installation of the double wide hurricane door. Josh provided a price to repair the existing connection. We discussed the option of correcting the placement of the garage door opener. Decided to have the garage door opener correctly relocation. Josh relocated the opener, tested and lubricated the garage door in about 40 minutes. Would not hesitate to call again.
