Jason Daring did an outstanding Job at a price I could afford. This company is Fast, Reliable, and provides Great Customer Service. I have used Precision in the past and knew I could count on them again to perform service on my Garage Door when my Torsion Spring snapped. I had them replace both L and R and they were done in under 2 hours. I was a little skeptical on prices most recently so I had a few estimates performed. Precision was right in the price range of the competition estimates I received. I’ve had 6 garage doors installed on 4 of my houses by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. That’s the reason that I keep coming back to them. This service request was intended to replace worn out belts on two of my door openers. Jason, the technician, Couldn’t repair the openers due to their age (18 years old), but he also found the lift spring was bad on one of the doors. He replaced it, lubricated all rollers, hinges and tracks. Jason was very good, efficient, courteous and quick.

Excellent Service - My garage doors fell off the tracks and could not close. Within 24 hours of my call, they were here as promised. Jason went above and beyond to fix the issues. He ensured I understood the problems and recommendations to repair with options. When the truck did not have new tracks, Jason called and they delivered them to my home. Jason returned and completed all repairs the same day and worked late to finish. That's excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Company. Services were excellent and prices reasonable.
