Chris Pinnegar came in, introduced himself and then got to work. He told me what the general problem was but he also told me how he was going to diagnose in detail to find the best solution. a simple stripped wire was causing my garage door not to close. after showing me the wires, he replaced them and then tested the door… Perfect. But this is when he really impressed me. He went back to his truck got his drill and tightened every single bolt on the door, some of which were incredibly loose. He tested the door again and told me I was set. I told him this was one of the best experiences I had with a repair company. I shouldn't be surprised the last time these guys came out four years ago it was an amazing experience that made me call them back this time. oh by the way the price was below what I expected and a fraction of what it was worth. Kudos.

Thank you for your prompt response to my emergency. James, your serviceman, arrived at the right time, as scheduled. He is a very courteous person, and very professional. He explained to me what the problem was with the garage door, and what parts I needed to replace in order to have the door (one of two) working the right way. He programmed both doors to my new remote openers. I will not hesitate to recommend James and your company to my friends and relatives.

Belt drive on garage door opener broke. Also noticed when manually opening garage door it was quite heavy and would not stay up. Jimmy replaced both springs and the belt. Door is easier to open manually and a lot quieter.

4.5 Stars He came early, ready for work. Took time to assess the issuesand gave two estimates; the first to repair the door to make sure it worked and there were no safety issues. the second was for a full restoration to like new condition. Though both jobs were a high I decided on the first estimate. He went to work with little fanfare and with in a hour an half he completed the job. The door is easy to lift and stays on the tracks. I would recommend this company and this individual to everyone. Not cheap, not the most expensive but competent.

I called yesterday to request a quote for a new garage door opener, I was offered a same evening appointment but asked for a next day visit. Carlos was on-time and discussed the options available. I had purchased a new door from Precision a couple of years ago, and still have a very good working one but became unhappy with the opener. He provided the options, I picked the best selection for me, and requested to set up an installation date. Much to my surprise, EVERYTHING was available on his truck. He installed my new opener in about 2 hours. Great job Precision, for the second time. You will continue to be a referral from me.
