Mike was terrific! although we ended up spending more than we originally thought, it was for the better of our equipment. Mike helped us understand what was an immediate need, and what might go wrong here in the future. He was patient. He explained all the pieces of the quote expertly. And never made us feel like we were being pressured or bamboozled. I wish more technicians (in other fields of expertise) were like Mike. We'd be much happier home owners if that was the case. Precision Door Service installed new springs on our garage door. When we had a problem with the door being unbalanced, having to do with something on one side of the set of springs, they came out the same day I called to fix it. They didn't charge me and even took the time to reprogram a garage door opener that I hadn't been able to do and moved the weather stripping back from the door where it was rubbing. Full service, with a smile!

Garage door would not open due to broken springs. Called Precision and customer service rep was wonderful. Was able to get someone here in just a few hours. They came out within the same day that I called and took about 15 minutes to repair the garage door. The technician was super helpful and did not try push any sales on me or anything but did provide a quote for new garage doors if we ever wanted to replace. Very helpful!
