Bryan Stewart came to the rescue and was able to completely overhaul our garage door and keep in up to HOA standards. It wasn't inexpensive (that's between Precision and us) but so very much worth every penny. We can't speak highly enough about Bryan: courteous, professional, knowledgable and very proficient. We purchased a new garage door/rails/spring/rollers/beltdrive opener/etc from Precision at end of July 2020. From the initial call in to their office, to the sales visit & follow-ups (Carlos), to the scheduling, to the day of install (Jerry/Wolf), the entire experience was 5-star. Carlos took the time to explain/show every single option multiple times before we decided. On the day of install, Jerry explained everything they would do and how long it would take. He asked if I had any questions and then Jerry & Wolf worked amazingly quick to remove the old door system and install the new one. Not a scrap of debris was left behind. They were both professional in their appearance and demeanor, and obviously passionate about what they do (even in the heat of summer). They represented the company VERY well. Precision had repaired our old door in the past, which is why we chose them for the new system, and we will continue to stay loyal to them and refer them to everyone that asks. I have a coupon for $20.00 on a new door opener I would like to be applied to my invoice. The coupon was in my introductory email memo. Why is there a fee to program the replacement device?
