Adam was amazing. He assessed the garage doors and what I was hoping to have repaired or installed and took care of everything masterfully. I am confident my garage doors will perform much better and be more efficient. An added bonus from Adam was reprogramming my garage door openers to work from my car without needed to use the remote control device! I could only check one option for service performed so I chose the reason I called him but he also strengthened the lift mechanism to protect the double garage door and installed an electronic door opener for the single garage door.

The technician was very professional and answered all of my questions. My only suggestion would be that if the springs on a garage door have to be replaced, it would be easier if two techs balanced the bar as in the commercial. One of the springs slid off the bar and hit a stack of extra floor tiles that were on the side wall of the garage. Two of the tiles were cracked. It's not a big deal but I think it may have been easier to balance with two people. Just a suggestion. So far, everything seems to be working well and I will call if there are any issues. Had to replace the rollers, discs and the opener which is more than I anticipated but I have recommended your company to others if they need to have issues resolved with their garage door.

Requested service on remote opening feature. Same day service provided and technician (Hunter) arrived ahead of schedule, but he did call ahead. Unit checked and made operational. I am pleased with the service provided. There was no charge as the unit was under warranty. I would use Precision again for any garage door issues.

Best company ever! Service provided: broken spring plus replaced all the rollers and other moving garage door parts. 1. They came out and repaired our garage door 2 HOURS before the other company I called even called me back. 2. I’d give ten stars if I could. What a great company to work with. Michele was very accommodating when I asked her to come back a second time so my wife could also see the demo on her van. She was thorough with explaining all details of the project. The installers Luke and Nick were great. They called ahead and arrived on time as promised. They also went over the project with me in detail. About four hours later they were done installing one double and one single door with all new framing to code.And everything looks fantastic. They even took the time to program our two cars to the new opener. Thank you so much.
