Precision serviced us previously so we decided to try them again. They arrived on time, calling prior to arrival. The problems were discussed, a cost and time estimate was given and they got to work. They completed the work in a timely manner and cost was as estimated. We were given the option of paying by check or credit card. Everything seems to be working as promised. One more thing, John was very nice which was an added bonus.

The young man who serviced my door was knowledgable and very customer service oriented. He replaced the seal on the bottom quickly. He tighted up some screws, showed me how to release and lock again for when the power goes out. He also showed me where to lubercate the seal around door as the door was painted and it was making clunking noises. It works a lot better now. Thank you.

I had them out after we moved in because the inspector we hired said the springs need to adjusted. The house is 4 years old. They determined that the springs couldn’t be adjusted any further and suggested new springs and rollers and lubrication. Everything working great when they left. 6 months later we had an issue with the door and they came and found that the safety sensors that stop the door if soothing is in the way had been moved out of alignment. The man they sent was super nice. He adjusted the sensors, he also made sure the springs were adjusted correctly and because the door had been worked on less than a year ago there was no charge. I will always call them if i need anything in the future.

After two recent hurricanes, my garage door opener needed to be replaced. The technicians were very nice, explained all options, then installed the new opener. I appreciate the time they spent with me to explain exactly what they did, and to help assure that everything was functioning correctly prior to leaving. Thank you very much, great experience!

I recently had my garage door repaired by Arnold Simpson, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. Arnold was prompt, arriving exactly on time, and immediately set a high standard for professionalism. Not only did he communicate clearly, but he was also incredibly efficient—completing the repairs quickly without sacrificing quality. We used Precision Doors about 3 years ago when our double garage door springs busted. They were absolutely great then. So when my single garage door spring busted about a week ago - I didn't hesitate and just called Precision Doors again. Sean T. was able to actually show up earlier then my time slot of 6pm-8pm. He got here at 3pm. Then as usual my garage door spring was replaced in a professional and outstanding manner. Sean was very courteous and friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Precision Doors is my choice for garage door work.

My door opener wasn't working correctly after the 4 1/2 day power outage from Hurricane Milton. Now that your guy came out, it is working great! He even lubed it & reset the code for me, & it was all under warrantee! I'm tickled pink!

Very professional, and polite, knowledgeable When I booked the appointment, I asked if there was any specials, but when I looked at the survey, there was a 10% that ends on November 7. Can that be still applied?
