Arnold Simpson called ahead to let me know when he was arriving (early with my approval), explained and showed everything that was wrong, gave me options on how to repair or replace, worked efficiently, and was pleasant to work with. Use them for installation of the garage door opener and once pleased with the insulation. So I had some problems after the storm and found out. I had some additional problems that were on its way and got them taken care of on the recommendation of serviceman now I have a strong Doorand quiet door. Great job.

After hurricane Milton, the garage door would not close all the way. It only took the serviceman a few minutes to reprogram it and now it works perfectly.

He then made quick work and had the door working in no time. I used Precision Door instead of my usual garage door company, and am so very glad I did! After the hurricane my door cables broke and my vehicle was trapped. They came out despite me not having any power, fortunately power was restored the night before, but my technician spent the time explaining what could be done to restore the door, how long it would last or what I could replace. I chose to replace components to be safe (the door is old). The service is amazing and workmanship is amazing. Price is a little high but in the end worth it. I’ll stick with this company all the time. Plus my dogs love my tech.

It felt like a "sales" tactic vs when I used them several years ago... there was no sound recommendations to resolve the main issue. I was offered and quoted a bunch of things that were nice but wasn't the root of my problem. You're the expert, don't tell me that "I will let you chose what you want to do" ...and everything quoted was 50% more than they were two years ago. This seems excessive. The technicians were really nice though and were in and out for the repair, Again it felt like sales and that's not cool.

I never dreamed that I could get and appt. on a Sunday to have my garage opener repaired? Not only did I make the appt. but Carlos was hear on time, very knowlegeable and fixed the problem! And when I asked him how much I owed him, I was shocked. Very, very very reasonable! Especially for a Sunday! I will definately use Precision again and refer friends and family. Thank You - Janet

Precision installed a new door for us in 2010. I have had no problems whatsoever until hurricane Helene decided to visit. My next door neighbor came over and showed me how to open my door as i didn't have electricity. Later in the day I closed the door. I needed to go out and tried to open said door. It would not open. My neighbor came over again and there was no way the door would open. I called Precision and was able to set an appointment that day before 2:00 pm. Technicial Jeremy came over and got my door working in about 20 minutes. He gave me written estimates on repairing the door at a later date. Mind you this door has not been serviced since the installation in 2010 so I'm looking at 14 years of use. I am so impressed with the care and complete explanations of what it's going to take to get my garage door in tip top shape for the future. I will be setting up an overhaul in the very near future.
