I had the luck of the draw to have Luke R. come to my house to troubleshoot a problem with my OLD opener that wouldn't close properly. After a VERY thorough look at the system, going step by step, but quickly the issue was figured out and there was a short term fix available as well as a replacement, with two options there. After a discussion, my wife and I picked a replacement option which he quickly and effeciently installed for us, including setting up both cars and all "switches" to open it up (and tied one to the other door we have as well). I will be using Precision to replace the other door (also OLD) opener soon, and will be requesting that Luke come then as well.

Well we heard a loud noise in garage and when we looked nothing seemed wrong. The next morning I went to open garage door. But it did not open. I went and checked all the usual things and disconnected from opener. To my surprise I could not lift door at all. Then finally I saw it...the spring snapped. I called Precision immediately and they set appointment for next morning. Josh showed up the next morning and was awesome. He told us all our options and quickly fixed the problem. I will use Precision for all my needs in the future and will tell my neighbors.

I called this morning because a rat chewed up part of my rubber at the bottom of my garage door. Brian came out around 1 which is the fastest service I've ever had for any repair of any kind! He was meticulous in his work and had the nicest personality! He was very good at his work. My previous Precision man is now a manager so I couldn't get him! I was worried but Brian was really great! We had our original Genie garage opener that lasted over 20 hrs so we stayed with that and luckily called Prescion. We had someone come the same day and our new garage opener was finished the in a couple hours. The price was reasonable. Totally dissatisfied with technician who came. I asked for a written estimate and it was hand written on a notebook piece of paper and left with my nephew. Most shocking was the estimate of it being over $2,700.00 another company was called and it was fixed immediately for $129.00
