He explained to me what the problem was with the garage door, and what parts I needed to replace in order to have the door (one of two) working the right way. He programmed both doors to my new remote openers. I will not hesitate to recommend James and your company to my friends and relatives.

Belt drive on garage door opener broke. Also noticed when manually opening garage door it was quite heavy and would not stay up. Jimmy replaced both springs and the belt. Door is easier to open manually and a lot quieter.

4.5 Stars He came early, ready for work. Took time to assess the issuesand gave two estimates; the first to repair the door to make sure it worked and there were no safety issues. the second was for a full restoration to like new condition. Though both jobs were a high I decided on the first estimate. He went to work with little fanfare and with in a hour an half he completed the job. The door is easy to lift and stays on the tracks. I would recommend this company and this individual to everyone. Not cheap, not the most expensive but competent.

This was a repair broken spring. You were the only company that would give me next day service which was a Saturday, All the others I called would only give me sometime next week. Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning and we could not get our car out of the garage. I found you on Google and called and a competent person answered the phone and promised that a repair person would come between 1pm and 6pm. Isak came and did a wonderful job for us. I called yesterday to request a quote for a new garage door opener, I was offered a same evening appointment but asked for a next day visit. Carlos was on-time and discussed the options available. I had purchased a new door from Precision a couple of years ago, and still have a very good working one but became unhappy with the opener. He provided the options, I picked the best selection for me, and requested to set up an installation date. Much to my surprise, EVERYTHING was available on his truck. He installed my new opener in about 2 hours. Great job Precision, for the second time. You will continue to be a referral from me.

Rob and Justin installed a new garage door, opener and remotes. They did an excellent job. They were here on time, cleaned up the garage and hauled the old stuff away. I thought that the overall price for the replacement was decent. Jason came out yesterday to give us a quote and it was extremely clear that this company wants to ensure that the customer is happy. Quality work in a timely fashion. What more can you ask for?

Tomislav replaced my 10 year old garage door springs, rollers, cables and pulleys. In well under 2 hours, he had my garage door working more smoothly and quieter than before. He clearly explained what may have caused the spring to fail and identified other worn out components that needed replaced. He seemed very knowledgable and encouraged me to ask any questions I had regarding the repair.
