I contacted your company from the Hillsborough County green book which in the past I have had very good luck on choosing a company. The pricing was very good for the restoration of my garage door. The Sales Rep -Chris was very professional and courtesy. The Garage door was on special order and when it came it was scheduled for an installation on a Saturday. The Installers Luke and ??? were awesome. They did a great job explaining what they were going to do. They hauled away the old door, installed the new door with the new WiFi garage door opener. Luke made sure I understood the new door, the garage door opener and programmed my car as well. Great Job...….

Started out as a single car garage spring needing replaced for $120 or i could pay more if I wanted a 5 year green spring. When technician arrived, he noticed cables were missing. I asked for a quote, but he wanted to measure spring first. I went ahead and called spring guy I use in Jax (Casey) and he said shouldn’t be an up charge. He says same amount of labor whether replacing cables or not and materials under $10. When I went back outside, the tech quoted me $100 for cables. When I pushed back, he asked his boss what they could do and lowered $100 down to $40. When I verbally confirmed The green spring would be warranted for 5 years, the technician said they wouldn’t warrant spring because other components weren’t new and would impact life expectancy of spring of ALL components weren’t replaced. I kindly asked him to leave.

Robert was delightful, efficient, explanatory and helpful. Our original garage door equipment simply wore out after 32 yrs, and to our shock we suddenly found we could not open the garage door! this was a panicky experience given it was late friday afternoon with only 2 working days before Christmas. We are so grateful Precision had a technician available on such short notice - Robert was at our house within 2 hrs and the door was back working within 5 hrs. Robert explained every option to us and did not pressure us toward any. We are very grateful to him and to Precision for helping us in what could have been a big problem for the holiday.

Service was prompt & repair was made within 2 hours. However I feel like I was taken advantage of. We contacted Banko with the invoice inhand from Precision & were told for the same repairs with Banko the cost would have been less than $400. Not the $1130.00 I paid Precision.
