Precision Garage Door to the Rescue! I called late on a Saturday night as my garage door spring snapped and the door could not be opened. The Technician, Christopher was scheduled the very next day on a Sunday, he was on time, and within 4 hours replaced the spring plus, I purchased an upgraded Lift-master Wifi Motor, new rollers, etc. The system works perfectly-- "I love it". The Technician, Christopher was extremely professional, knowledgable and very detail conscious about the entire installation. He and Precision get 5 Stars! If you need garage door work, this is the company to call on!

Scheduling a technician to review our problem issues and provide a detailed evaluation was handled efficiently by a very knowledgeable customer service representative. I was impressed with the "Google" reference and that our conversation was recorded. I scheduled a date and "time range" for the next day --- my preference. The technician called about 15 minutes prior to his arrival to confirm our appointment. Our technician arrived on time, was well spoken, knowledgeable, and interested in an holistic evaluation based upon my outstanding garage door opening issues. He presented options to fix our problem(s) and explained the price/performance option details. He did not pressure me to select any business lucrative solutions, and would only suggest a solution, when I asked for his evaluation. I am most please with the work that was completed today by Jimmy Johnson. He arrived ahead of schedule and worked until he completed everything. He installed two new motors, springs, gaskets on bottom of both doors; and other accessories. His work was excellent and explained what he was doing. He went beyond customer service. I have used Precision in the past but today's service was the best I have experienced. Great job! I am very pleased.

Excellent Service - My garage doors fell off the tracks and could not close. Within 24 hours of my call, they were here as promised. Jason went above and beyond to fix the issues. He ensured I understood the problems and recommendations to repair with options. When the truck did not have new tracks, Jason called and they delivered them to my home. Jason returned and completed all repairs the same day and worked late to finish. That's excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Company. Services were excellent and prices reasonable.

Chris Pinnegar came in, introduced himself and then got to work. He told me what the general problem was but he also told me how he was going to diagnose in detail to find the best solution. a simple stripped wire was causing my garage door not to close. after showing me the wires, he replaced them and then tested the door… Perfect. But this is when he really impressed me. He went back to his truck got his drill and tightened every single bolt on the door, some of which were incredibly loose. He tested the door again and told me I was set. I told him this was one of the best experiences I had with a repair company. I shouldn't be surprised the last time these guys came out four years ago it was an amazing experience that made me call them back this time. oh by the way the price was below what I expected and a fraction of what it was worth. Kudos.
