Your commercial on TV immediately caught our attention. The weekend appointments mostly appealed to us, and we decided to give you a try. Jesse B. was very professional and helpful. He provided options available to repair the garage door opener, and once we chose our desired option, he focused and promptly fixed the problem. When the repair was complete he walked us through all he had done and explained how all new features worked. He was very thorough. Excellent job, we are very satisfied.

Came out this morning to pull my truck out of the garage door and the door stopped about 12" above the ground. Releasing the door didn't work so I called the number on the sticker of the installer...(We bought the house about 4 years ago). I was promised a tech by !:00 pm and he came before noon. Very knowledgeable and he explained to me the problem and it was fixed by 1:15 pm. Shaun did a great job and was very personable.

I was having a problem with my garage door not going down. I called Precision and was given an appointment the next day as requested. Craig arrived on time. He was very courteous and polite. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He explained the situation thoroughly and I agreed to have it fixed. He did a great job (neat and clean). I would give 10 stars to Precision for my garage door replacement. They came quickly when called, explained what would be involved, and worked with me while the insurance company "took their sweet time". The replacement job was perfect and he even cleaned up, swept away the debris and then showed me how the new door worked before he left. ALL of that is worth 10 stars in my book. My son does remodeling and restoration and told me to "call Precision, they're the best!"ny times when a garage door was an issue and he reccommended you. So glad he did. You have a very satisfied custome here. Thanks again.
