The office gave quotes, made appointment for the next day. Your service man, Travis was polite, considerate and a gentleman. I couldn't have had a better worker come to my house. My door broke on Saturday. I heard an ad that Percision will come to your home 24/7 with no extra charge. I had to have my door fixed asap. So Nick came on Sunday and fix my door. My spring had popped. Nick was very pleasant and explain the process. I was very pleased with Percision's service. I would call them again.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services and Travis Dobson. I called Saturday afternoon and was able to get an appointment on Sunday. Travis called when he was on his way and showed up a few minutes before the scheduled window. My garage door had not been serviced since 2012 and was out of balance so my garage door was not consistently opening. Travis did a thorough inspection and made recommendations. He gave me three quotes- bandage (just what needed to be done knowing more maintenance would be needed), safe and reliable, and long term. There was no pressure, just facts. I chose the long-term, which replaced springs, rollers, cables and bearings. I did not realize how loud my garage door was prior to the repairs or how hard my garage door opener was having to work. Travis had all the parts with him and was able to make the repairs within an hour. He was very professional and efficient. I enjoyed talking with him. Travis is truly an asset to your company.

The technician arrived on time and listened as I told him the problems I was having. He diagnosed the problems and explained all options and costs. Turned out the opener was 26 years old so I had a new one installed as well as bearing plates, etc. James answered all my questions and there was no pressure selling involved. The service person came quickly but only stayed for about 30 minutes to replace the belt on my garage door opener. I can’t believe they charge me $486 just to replace the belt. Highway robbery

Mike from Precision fixed a broken spring that breaks every 2 to 3 years, replaced all the original rollers, end bearing plates, and replaced metal rollers with nylon. What a big difference! The door is quiet and doesn't shake anymore when opening and closing. I can see that the spring will last a lot longer and improved the door.

The technician was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a broken spring that needed replacing and anticipated having to replace the unbroken one, too, just because of age. He pointed out some other things that needed attention (shaft was bowed, left end bearing cracked, broken hinge, etc), which I was totally unaware of, and appreciated him pointing them out. He returned from his van with three options written down on a legal pad for me to consider. They ranged from just under $600 to $1,204. I opted to go for all repairs at $1,204. In the corner of the notepad, it said, "FL tax 7% and fuel." He explained what the fuel charge was and said it came out to about $20. I thought this was pretty sketchy, but said nothing. I commented that the total cost (once tax and fuel were added) was more than I had bargained for and asked if a military discount was offered. He told me that instead of a military discount, he would not charge me sales tax or the fuel charge and that it was a better deal than the 5% offered for the military discount. I agreed to move forward. The work was completed in a timely fashion, looked great, and the door operates better than it ever has before! I paid and he said that I would receive my invoice via email, which I did a few minutes after he left my home. It was only AFTER I examined my invoice that I felt somewhat deceived. Although I was not charged a fuel tax, I also realized that there was no sales tax charged to begin! So the discount I was told that would be better than the military discount amounted to a $20 fuel charge. I would have totally been better off with the military discount!! Then I started looking at the parts and their cost, which were not on the estimate written on the legal pad. On the phone, I was told that springs ranged from $84-$250. My springs were $300 each because I opted for the powder-coated ones. I assumed that the powder-coated ones would be the top of the range at $250, which means I was lied to by the person who answered my initial call. She should have told me that springs can range from $84-$300 instead, which would have been more accurate. Then there were two end-bearing plates that honestly are just small pieces of metal at the end of the shaft. They were itemized on my invoice at $90 EACH! That has to be a total rip-off. The drums were $94 each, too. I called the company and expressed my disappointment over the no sales tax/fuel charge vs the military discount and was refunded $60.20 without any argument. That brought my total for the day down to $1,143.80. I liked the technician very much and he did great work, but I feel that he was dishonest in his dealing with me. Why tell me he would waive the sales tax when there was never going to be any to begin with? Whatever happened to good, honest work at a fair price? It seems to no longer exist, unfortunately. I appreciate the small refund, but it doesn't compensate at all for the trust that has now been broken. There is an old saying that a satisfied customer might tell one person, but a dissatisfied customer will tell everyone they know. Something to think about. PROS: Great work, nice result. CONS: Sketchy business practices.

Overall very good experience, we recieved our quote within a few days, door was in w iui thing the time we were told and installation complete in just a few hours. It looks great! Price was competitive and we have a 6 year warranty and feel confident the company will be around to honor it if needed.

Bad PCB for remote door opener. Bryan was great. He had the board and replaced it. Job done However, he quoted us an out the door price of $354.95. We agreed. When he presented the invoice they had added $49.95 reprogramming fee (what a joke) $25.85 shop supply fee (they didn't use any shop supplies) $20.00 transportation fee? None of these fees were mentioned earlier...... For a total of $400.80! $45.85 more than I was quoted 30 minutes earlier! I am a veteran and they didn't offer a veterans discount. So the service was great. The way they gyped me on the price was not. You will receive my lowest rating and bad referrals because of your ridiculous pricing scheme!

I chose Precision Garage doors for the repairs I needed for the keypad on the wall outside my garage. From start to finish, it was a simple straightforward easy process to request service and get the job done promptly for a reasonable price. My call was answered promptly and actually could have had the service done that afternoon. But my schedule made this morning better. I had the 8-noon window. While on the schedule call I was given the name of my technician. The email I received regarding the appointment included a link to their site so I could see what my technician looked like . This way I could be sure this was the right person at my door. This morning I received a phone call around 9am and he arrived about 25 minutes later. The technician was very thorough and friendly and polite. He was able to determine the problem and try a few options to resolve before resorting to more expensive solutions. My issue was resolved and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Plus I was emailed my receipt, as well as details about the service and related warranty. I love not having to store and file papers
