I was quoted price of $100 per spring up to $360 per spring over the phone. When tech arrived said it would be $378 for basic spring or $478 for upgraded spring. This is quite a lot higher than quoted. The only reason I gave a star was because technician was polite when I said I didn’t want all the extras that they wanted to add on. Would not use this company again because of their onsite up pricing

Awesome techs, went over everything with me very thoroughly explain to me that repairs would solve the problem immediately, but the long-term usage of the garage door, which we use a lot would not last long due to its age. So we’re buying a brand new garage door from you guys.

Our garage door was stuck in the halfway position leaving us unable to get a car in or out of our garage, and leaving valuables unprotected. I called after 5PM on a Monday and had a service call by Wayne on Tuesday by 11AM. He diagnosed it and gave me a quote to fix the door, and completed the repairs very quickly. The overall service from the initial phone call to completion was friendly and professional .
