Service tech Mike was very professional and did a great job. Showed me all of my options to repair door and he was very informative and knowledgable about the work he was going to perform. Tried to sell me the farm (All New Hardware) which I am sure he is has been instructed to do. Again, Mike was great and very professional. I feel the $700 price to replace 2 springs was a bit high being that the cost of a set of springs is approximately $200 max, which means you charged $500 for 30 minutes of labor! Wow! Anyway, Precision did a good job on install and I am happy with the repair, I just feel you charged too much. David Thompson

The tech was able to respond within 3 hours . No other company could respond for another day or two. The other companies were twice as much for a service call . My wiring was reattached from a previous company that did a poor job and replaced a non working remote. The work was finished within 30 minutes. This is the only company I will ever use . My garage door springs broke and needed replacing. I called Precision at that evening and they sent Mike F. out the next day. The window was from 12-4 pm and Mike arrived shortly after noon. Mike from Precision fixed a broken spring that breaks every 2 to 3 years, replaced all the original rollers, end bearing plates, and replaced metal rollers with nylon. What a big difference! The door is quiet and doesn't shake anymore when opening and closing. I can see that the spring will last a lot longer and improved the door.
