The technician was very nice and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. He ended up replacing the springs, opener and other parts and everything is working great. However, I have a little bit of buyer's remorse. I was stuck in my garage and I feel like they gouged me on the price. I'm fine with paying a premium for the same day service but after doing research on what was done the premium was a lot more than I think it should have been. This low rating is based on price alone. Technician was great.

Mike was terrific! although we ended up spending more than we originally thought, it was for the better of our equipment.
