I needed my garage door springs replaced several years ago, since one had broken, and I was impressed with how the Precision technician (Jesse) arrived promptly and completed the work quickly so that I could get my car out of the garage to attend an important event. When my garage door opener malfunctioned this week, I call Precision again. I was pleased to see that Jesse was the technician. He was able to arrive earlier than had been anticipated, and he installed a new garage door opener very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision.

We had been considering replacing our garage door for a few weeks and a spring broke on our existing door Sunday, the day before Memorial Day. We got on a wait list for Sunday, booked an appointment for Memorial Day. The customer service was excellent. Monday morning the tech - Jesse - called and said he was 20 minutes out; 20 minutes later he texted to say he was here. Jesse was awesome in many ways; as a car guy he understood the importance of not dinging my car, and he held the broken garage door up so I could get it out. He did a thorough assessment, gave us information along the way, and a recommendation that met our goals without breaking the bank. Instead of doing a door replacement he just replaced the moving parts (motor and chain excluded) and it works and sounds like new. And, Jesse is not only a solid professional, he's just a really good guy. We could not be more satisfied.

Jesse was the best. He explained to me and my mother on the phone in Philadelphia what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and the cost. He answered all my mother’s questions and explained all the options and/or prices. My garage door is not only fixed, it’s even in better condition than what it was before. Your commercial on TV immediately caught our attention. The weekend appointments mostly appealed to us, and we decided to give you a try. Jesse B. was very professional and helpful. I was VERY impressed with the work Jesse did when he came out to replace our Genie that took a dump. He was on time,HE took his time and explained everything to me if I had a question. I got a 1/2 hp Liftmaster belt drive opener. works nice and quiet. He programmed my wife car to open the garage door! That was Nice. I HIGHLY recommend precision to anyone who has garage door issues. Call them first, and forgo the competition's B.S. EXCELLENT!!!!

10 out of 10 would recommend and do it again! The phone conversation to set up the appointment was super friendly and the information was communicated well. Jesse was the tech, he was there in about 10 minutes, better then the pizza guy. Checked out the situation, gave me some fair options as we use that particular door many times a day.
