Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning and we could not get our car out of the garage. I found you on Google and called and a competent person answered the phone and promised that a repair person would come between 1pm and 6pm. Isak came and did a wonderful job for us. Excellent response to my phone call that my garage door would not open or shut. A few hours after my call, I open my door to see the smiling face of the repair man. I think his name was Isaac. He was cheerful, and he repaired my door in a few minutes. It is wonderful to know that when a call to Precision is made, they aren't kidding when they say you will have your problem solved on the same day. Thank you very much!!

The men done a great job,but I will say the price was way to high,that same model sells for around $330 with all equipment supplied,everything that they installed.
