We are previous customers, that's why we call the best. Mr. LaChance was very curteous and obviously knew his stuff. He was thorough and straight to the point. He told us what he had and fixed it in a few minutes. I asked him how much it cost and he said, "You are still under warranty, have a nice night". Wonderful technician. I would recommend you give him a raise !! (and NO, I am not a relative). God Bless Bob Penney

My garage doors were installed by 3 top notch installers led by Andrew Lachance. It was a difficult install and they handled the job successfully and professionally. At the end of the project, they made sure to fully explain the operation of the new doors and even programmed my vehicles for me. I couldn’t be happier with Precision, the installers and the finished product.

Truthfully, I had had a different garage door installer come and motorize the door I had because I had had the door fall on my fingers when they changed us to using a garbage container the door fell, and my fingers were caught between the sections. So I called a different garage door company to motorize it so I wouldn’t have to worry about it falling on me when I try to open or close it. As it turned out precision garage doors are the ones I really wanted to work on it, so I called them to fix what had been done by the previous garage door company. The people that came were awesome. They helped with putting my garage items back as they were when they came. I opted for a door replacement, actually less money than the first company had charged me for the work they did.

Neeeded a new garage door, had no experience with anyone in Tampa. Their commercials sounded good. It was a pleasant experience, the person that estimated what we needed and the installers were top notch.

When our garage door suddenly came to a grinding halt (literally), we called Precision. They quickly scheduled a service call at a time convenient for us and Andrew took care of us with very knowledgeable and efficient service. He assessed the problem and patiently explained all of our options from repair (very temporary fix based on life and condition of current opener and springs) to replacement. We opted to replace the unit and springs and Andrew went through all of our options to get a complete price before any work was done. He completed the entire project much quicker than I expected, thoroughly explained our new product and all its features to us, all the while exhibiting a smileand being extremely polite and friendly. Andrew is a wonderful representative of the company and I highly recommend his work to anyone.

Andrew LeChance was our technician today. Very friendly, capable, and quickly disagnosed the problem. We have used Precision twice before and always satisfied with the work. Today required replacement of two sensors so in and our very quickly. Cost of $209 seemed rather steep, however, noon on Saturday and not many other options. Will continue to use this company. Andrew did honor a $25.00 discount as a repeat customer.
