He put some very long screws in the bracket so it will hold better and longer that what was originally installed. It's much safer now than when it was originally installed. My Torsion Spring broke which left my garage door stuck in the closed position Called the night before and Precision made setting up the repair painless. While I probably could have found a lower price for the repair Precision has a great reputation and the repair came with a 3 year warranty. Overall I'm pleased with the repair and professionalism of the tech. I will recommend to my friends who have garage door issues.
