The work was done well, the tech was very nice, but we were absolutely overcharged after calling around today to see what other local companies charge. Over $1,000 to replace springs and cables.. hundreds more than other companies!! And the first “option” to replace products that didn’t need to be replaced yet, was $2k! We needed the work done asap, otherwise would have called around for other estimates first… would not recommend this company now- we definitely got ripped off.

Our garage door was stuck in the halfway position leaving us unable to get a car in or out of our garage, and leaving valuables unprotected. I called after 5PM on a Monday and had a service call by Wayne on Tuesday by 11AM. He diagnosed it and gave me a quote to fix the door, and completed the repairs very quickly. The overall service from the initial phone call to completion was friendly and professional .

Technical couldn't tell what is wrong with the unit beyond that it is not the sensor. Nice to know that the $50 will be applied towards a complete new opener. My opinion were $1100 or $1800. Any attempt to troubleshoot the problem is not part of the diagnostic and start at $200 to reset the controller.
